Fraserway RV - Kamloops

Dissatisfied in sales service. Looked at the trailer multiple times, last time tried to talk numbers, said a number, was told oh no the lowest number I have seen is this.he then said I mean we could try. I said yes try. Then proceeded to not try. I came home and emailed the seating wasn't ideal I know they have brought in from other stores in the past. What I was offered was a mismatched couch from another trailer on their lot, however still no talk of coming down in price at all. It truly felt I wasn't being taken seriously as a buyer I was only being replied to and not engaged with. I found exactly what I wanted somewhere else, same trailer one year newer and $8,000 cheaper, brought it home this weekend. Would never deal with this company and would never recommend.

I have been trying to deal with getting warranty parts for over a year, was
Told parts were ordered and can come get them in spring and now it is fall and was told the parts were not even ordered yet, I have been calling easily over 10 times and being told I would get called back and don’t ever get called back. Once you buy the trailer you don’t matter anymore despite all the fluff being told about how they will support if any issues arise.

James at the parts department was so helpful and patient. I would recommend talking to him for help finding out prices and information about parts for your trailer. Thank you for the great experience and all the help.

To start with. EVERY employee we dealt with during our buying experience was unfailingly very attentive, helpful, patient and knowledgeable about the product we were considering. We especially enjoyed dealing with our Sales Representative, Connor Kennedy; he was so patient and informative with us during our tire-kicking sessions. Then, the employee who did out walk-through was most helpful showing us all the features and technology in our new RV. Finance Manger, Mark Voigt, was real easy to work with, was polite, friendly and most of all, competent through throughout our meeting with him. I've not always enjoyed past experiences with service departments but Sharon is terrific to deal with! Unfortunately, our new RV came with multiple deficiencies which Fraserway inherited. They are working through all the problems as expeditiously as possible and have never once tried to slough off any issues as not their responsibility or unimportant. We look forward to a long and satisfactory experience with Fraserway RV, Kamloops. Thanks to all.

Great experience, and a very friendly team to work with. They ensured i was full up to date with everything about my trailer, and were efficient in getting me financed at a very reasonable rate.

Extremely poor customer service. The lady in parts and service was so rude and abrupt. She could only tell me what she WASN'T going to do for us. Jubilee on the hand was Extremely helpful. They will get my business from now on. Zero stars.

Called to find a part. They had the part. Yay! Ask what time they are open until. 5: 30 PM on a Saturday. Yay! Get there at 5: 22 PM to grab the part. Whew… made it on time!

Me. “Hi I’m here to grab a part I called about. ”

Parts dude. “Sorry. Too late. ”

Me. Quizzical look at my watch. It’s now 5: 23 PM. I stare up at parts dude.

Parts dude. “I’ve already cashed out”

Me. “Wow! Cool. I’ll buy it online”

Unsaid… and then post this awesome experience online.

Fraserway RV went above and beyond for us. Our RV tire blew up and we were stuck on the highway out of town. It was late Saturday and everything was closing and we didnt have a spare. They sold us a tire for cost and said if they didnt have one they were going to lend us their own personal tire from their RV. (they dont normally sell just tires or rims). They totally saved our butts. Thank you Frasewayr RV!

Sales man basically, talked himself out of any deal. He was loud and all about himself. Slow down buddy and do not be so aggressive.

Passed by on a late Saturday afternoon in the hopes of getting a broken generator fixed. The problem could unfortunately not be fixed, however everyone was super accommodating and helpful! Tried everything they could to alleviate our issues and could provide an alternative solution. Would definitely recommend, great experience.

I usually wait to enter a review, as everyone is good for the first 3 months! But I bought a used motorhome from Fraserway Kamloops a year ago and have been gratefully surprised with all the extraordinary service I have received from this dealership! Ryan and his team are always very attentive to all my stupid questions and have made my family's experience smooth and worry free! Highly recommend this Dealership!
