Fraserway RV - Prince George

At first the experience was great. We have purchased 2 trailers from Fraserway in Prince George. But the after support leaves a lot to be deisred. We purchased a No-Boundaries 16.2 trailer, new. Everything was great until we had a flat tire this summer. Fraserway doesnt carry the tire as a replacement part. Forest River, the manufacturer, says it is a major componenet and needs to be purchased through the dealer we bought our trailer from. I just recieved a quote from Fraswerway of $407 for the tire plus tax and $250 delivery charge or more which can only be determined after I order the tire. These trailers do not have regualr tires, they have an offroad tire made by Westlake. Thye dont tell you that when you spend $38K on the trailer. Whp doesnt carry parts for the products they sell? Fraserway, thats who!

Worst place buying a rv trailler I got a Springdale worst trailler I ever own pure garbage just problem from the start

I would not recommend to buy anything there. I have drop my trailer off April 19 it’s been 7 1/2 weeks and nothing has been done so I would really like to sell my trailer seeing how I can’t use it. It’s kind of depressing.

Some recent "restructure/changes" have occured and must say the service changes/focus on customer show us the value as a customer to dealing with Fraser Way. Shout out to Jeanna, Ross, Val (and others in the service deptartment!)

Sales (Ross) and Service (Chavonne) are brilliant in customer relations and getting the job done. FRASERWAY is very fortunate to have these 'team' mates!

We had been searching for a motorhome for over a year. Our first experience at a dealership was terrible, then we couldn’t find exactly what we hoped for, and finally drove to PG and looked at Fraserway. Wayne, our salesman, and Val, the sales manager did an exceptional job walking us through the options to purchase our first motorhome. We had trouble deciding between the final two because of a couple of issues, and the staff/sales manager went above and beyond to take care of the issue so we were fully satisfied with our purchase. We also appreciated Jeanna’s help in wading through all of the warranty options. Thank you, Fraserway, PG. We will definitely recommend your team in future.

Although the customer service was great, the warranty work left a lot to be desired. Work that was suppose to be completed under warranty was all of a sudden not covered and work that was done was incomplete.

The staff were extremely friendly and were able to get the trailer I dropped off into the shop 3 days early. Great experience overall!

They never want to fix anything, buy it brand new and stuff don’t work, been waiting for over 8 months, the people on the phone especially the women she needs a lesson in not being rude to customers that spend a lot of money here.

Service desk was polite and courteous. Kept in contact with me and all work was done as discussed.

Brought my trailer to get repaired 1 year ago. It understandably took a while to get the parts (covid), but I'm still waiting on them to get it into the shop after receiving the parts.

I've called every two weeks and get told the same thing. "Should be fixed in two weeks. "

*Update* It's fixed. Only took 1 year and 2 months.

TLDR. Trailer repairs took 1year 2 months. Service department is slow.

Beware… If you are storing or looking to store your RV at Fraserway in PG. Their rates have increased dramatically with no notice given. Storage for a year has gone from $525 to $850 plus tax. A massive increase. I will be looking for another storage option.
