A wonderful experience from start to finish. John G was a pleasure and super helpful, and Professor Steve’s walkthrough and training session was fun and thorough. Cross border transaction went very smoothly. We already have almost 2000 miles on our ex-rental-fleet 19RD, and we love it! 100% satisfied and happy!

My purchase experience with Fraserway RV Abbotsford was positive. I purchased my first motorhome there in December 2023, and they had exactly what I was looking for. The sales rep John, the finance service manager Bob, and the orientation instructor Steve all did a good job making sure my RV was in top condition and ready to go, and my questions were answered.

I bought my first RV through Abbotsford Fraserway RV and was extremely happy with their help and guidance through the whole experience. Angie Plantinga was extremely easy to deal with, she was patient and knowledgeable guiding me through the RV selection process and Shannon Palmer really helpful through the financial part. I went through the walk through inspection at the pick up time with a fine tooth comb and they fixed every manufacturer flaw I found before I drove away with the trailer. We were able to contact them with any questions we had as we got familiar with the trailer, I will definitely be back for the next trailer we buy.

Purchased a used RV from Caleb. Unfortunately, he doesn’t understand word of mouth or repeat customers in the sales industry. Once the sale was completed, he barely acknowledged me when I came to pick up the RV, I had two questions about the RV after the purchase both calls were ignored.

Would have bought something.but the salesman didn't seem like he was interested in selling.there are better places to buy anyway

All they care about is their sale. While selling, they promise you the world. Once you buy, they do not care about service. I bought my brand new Class A in October 2022, and I only used it for 16 days. It has been in shop all the time. The service department should change their name to The Worst Service department. Stay away from these people if you can.

First time RV shopping, a very positive experience, great selection and welcoming environment. Highly recommend Angie as salesperson, she's professional, knowledgeable, dedicated and helpful. A special thanks to Steve for the delivery walk through, impressed by his knowledge, attention to details and camping tips. Overall a well deserved five star experience and I recommend Fraserway RV with no hesitation.

Le rendez vous était pris depuis longtemps en me demandant même de me présenter 15mn avant.
Mais une fois sur place on me dit que les travaux peuvent prendre entre 4 à 7 jours pour remplacer un micro ondes commande lui aussi bien longtemps à l'avance en leur ayant fourni les dimensions mais au final il aura dallu 2 jours puis 3 micro ondes pour régler le problème.
Mon interlocutrice elle s'est demenée pour nous arranger en nous prêtant même une voiture le 2eme jours mais la gestion pour un remplacement de micro ondes aura été déplorable

Great experience at Fraserway on our way to the airshow! They have a well appointed parts shop and incredible RV inventory.

Staff was very friendly and able to answer any questions asked. Both David and Jeffery, our salesmen, were professional and knowledgable. At the time of picking up the new unit there were a couple of minor issues that were discovered (one by David and the other by ourselves) resulting in our need to return to the dealership for corrections. This was our only concern and was a bit of inconvenience and cost us a half of day of our schedule. These issues were not the fault of either salesman but likely an issue of assembly. Regardless we are looking forward to using the trailer and enjoying some recreational time.

We had three friends coming from out of town for the 2023 Abbotsford Airshow and all needed potable water prior to proceeding to the Airshow campground. Fraserway couldn’t have been more helpful and facilitated a fill up for all at their campus. Very much appreciate the great customer service.

We had an absolute pleasure dealing Fraser way RV. Our sales consultant Soliman Momenzada was professional on all levels, and made my family and I very comfortable while looking around the lot. My kids were even greeted with freezies after coming in from the hot weather. What a great experience!

Prior to buying, Steven W.consistently gave quick and complete email responses to all our questions. Without even asking, Fraser way replaced several camper items before our purchase and the previously rented unit was like new again.

I think that fraserway is the best place to work. Everyone is like a big family and they care about everyone that walks into showroom.

The team at Fraserway RV was helpful and knowledgeable. They worked to get us into the trailer we wanted. Customer service was great. Sales team was attentive worked to get us the lowest rate. I will update on service department when the time comes.

I can't say enough about my amazing experience with everyone at Fraserway RV. They were able to squeeze me in short notice to show me the unit, get my approvals set up and have me road ready for my fathers day camping weekend with the family. While I didn't end up using Fraserway, I wanted to share that while on a road trip, a long way from home, Leah from Fraserway went out of her way to coordinate with their service station and arrange for us to be able to come in for a quick fix on an issue we were having with our slide out. In my short 5 years of dealing with rb repairs, that's unheard of, so thank you.

We just purchased from Fraserway RV and it was just an easy experience. We worked with Solomon who was so wondeful to work with! He spent the time to walk us through multiple layouts so that we could find something that would work the best for us. Front start to finish, it was just a wonderful experience. On pick up day Solomon went above and beyond to keep the day moving forward for us when we ran into a hitch problem. He tagged in Steve who was super knowledgeable and between the two of them, they showed us all details of the trailer.

Great sales team. Not too pushy, gave me the space and time to pick the right one and answered the 1200 questions I had.

First time there the other day, pretty big place, they have pretty much have everything you can want for your rv. Customer service is good, helped me with everything I needed and explained how to replace the part to fix my fridge.

I accidentally ended up on the wrong location and on closing hours. Darryl Way and colleague were spending their overtime with helping me out of my misery and were really kind and helpful.
If I would ever buy an RV, I would definitely do it here!

We had a wonderful buying experience, the salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable and our lot attendant was thorough as all heck.or so we thought.
We just had our first camping trip with our brand-new Viking tent trailer, but as we were setting it up there were things we were unsure about how to install/hook up properly that weren't clearly detailed in the user manual. Luckily between the two of us we figured it all out, but when doing our walkthrough I had said "Please show us everything as if we have never set up a tent trailer ever before", because neither of us had. There were pieces that were not mentioned, that were absolute necessities.
My husband phoned the week prior to ask a few questions and asked for a call back, which we never got. The actual sales process is great, the inventory is expansive.the customer service follow-up? Lacking.
