Fred Gingell Park

Quiet little beach to pick for rocks and shells. If you don't like stairs, or are mobility limited, I do not reccomend this for you.

Peaceful place with a great view.
In front of it has Pebble Beach, this place good to family picnic in summer.
If you go there in the late afternoon, then you can enjoy lovely sunset.

Absolutely GORGEOUS park. Steep stairs, but well worth the Trek up and down for beach acsess. There was a handful of volunteers there doing some planting on the slopes during my visit. Breath taking view and very clean. No litter on the ground and some of the most beautiful flowers I have seen in a park. There was also a community AED and first aid kit readily available at the enterance of the park! Not alot of parking.

A beautiful beach well kept by the locals! The walk down can be a bit exhausting depending on your stamina, great place to go exercise or just to enjoy nature.

This seems to be the perfect place for those looking for a work out up and down the outdoor staircase and a nice beach to take in the Pacific.

Went to look at ferry terminal and deltaport terminal in high winds. Awesome view of the water and great fitness test with the steps down to the beach. Good luck!

Great little area to relax. View of the Tsawwassen Ferry Terminal. Be ready for the walk back to the parking lot though.

Not very recommended if you bring dogs over, hard to control pets in stairs. Very tiny beach and not off leash area, and too close with others backyard.

Terrible experience. The stairs are a single wrong step away from a neck injury. The private roads make it extremely difficult to navigate.

Nice quiet spot to watch the sunset. Several sets of stairs to get down to a peaceful low traffic area of beach. A bit of work to climb back out and lots of bugs after sunset, but worth it for the view.

Beautiful park in north delta, it is so hidden, beautiful views and sunset was mesmerizing.

There are few steps to go down to the beach. Good place to workout.

It is a beautiful park worth visiting. This is a place where everyone should come to relax, a walk from long stairs, or see the sunset. The ocean view is beautiful and you can see the ferry terminal. There's also street parking available.

A little park with a nice view of sea. If you want to enjoy nice sea view without too many walk, this is a good one. A good bench and a view point are for you to enjoy.

Lovely park easy access. Great crabbing. Would be better if the road was repaired and pot holes filled in. Also note that sometimes the tide is very low and you can get stranded with your boat.
