Happy with a new phone and a new plan.

The store was well designed. Though the demo phone were locked. So it was hard to feel it in your hand. Over there a couple of people were working that made the line up short. It was a busy store. No promotion was available and not pro 14 and pro max 14z They just had a demo not in store or prepaid.

I believe they changed the management team/manager because I’ve noticed a huge positive improvement in their customer service. I use to have a hard time there but now everything and everyone is so efficient and friendly there! Keep up the good work!:)

Came in inquiring about the latest iPhone 14. The lady at counter was very unfriendly and uninformative. It was almost as if I was bothering her for even asking questions…. Terrible customer service.

The best rep is Yalda. She was very helpful 10/10 recommend freedom mobile

Although they rarely answer their phone calls, the service is friendly, especially Morsal and Ali.

Cut my bill by over a third from Rogers while receiving the same large data plan; awesome sales guy, so far getting great phone service. Awesome.
