In Penticton for vacation and popped a tire on my bike.
I called and they got me in same day and had the bike done in less than 2 hours. Friendly and helpful staff, definitely recommend.

Purchased an e-bike at Freedom recently. While the Freedom staff was great, two of their suppliers fell WAY short, which is why I couldn't give 5 stars.

Had a new Shotgun seat (the combo box) installed so my 2 yr old could ride with me on my mountain bike. Overall, great experience. Good communication with staff, super friendly team. Enjoyable experience all around. Highly recommend Freedom for any of your bike needs.

I had previously tried to get service where I bought my bike, but they seemed disinterested in helping me. So I went to Freedom. I appreciate that the front desk and the service desk staff were interested in helping me. They were helpful, completed a full service on time, and kept me informed of the process.

Recently had some repairs at the Freedom shop. Great staff, Efficient and quick service. Very pleased with quality of service. Would recommend to any one looking for bike sales or service.

I rented from freedom a couple of years ago and unfairly rated them, I was not in a happy place. In retrospect I really did have an enjoyable experience, bike was awesome and well tuned. I’d definitely recommend this outfit and I will be happy to rent from Freedom Bikes again.

It only took a couple of days to get my bike in for a safety. They completed the safety, took care of the extra things I was wanting help with, and did a proper bike wash. This is the first time in years a bike shop has given it a complimentary bike wash and I had just washed it before taking it in, as well. Wonderful value! Wonderful service!

As always great service form Kurt, Nick and the rest of the team. Never feel like I am being taken advantage of or mislead. Love that shop!

Bought a new bike from Freedom. The experience was great, the people are very passionate about the sport. Great selection of bikes, and equipment. The support, and help was great. The overall experience was very positive, and supportive.

I have been in a relationship with Freedom long enough to be legally married (22 years). The service has always been quality and timely. They are an important part of our bike community both in and out of the shop.

Book on line here! Do walk in to rent, they do not like this. Poor customer service here, but bikes and price is good. The owner runs the show here with poor quality employees. It shouldn't take 1.5 hrs to rent bikes and employees should help more and want to be there. They seem bored and not interested, hence, book online to reduce contact with them.

We rode the KVR tressel ride on Sunday and had a bit of a gear set malfunction. Josh and crew helped us out and got us down the mountain and set us up with new parts and pieces the next day. Got us all fixed up on back on the trails without any delay and no stress. Could not be more grateful for his service and helpfulness. (Other than I was not allowed to take his dog home) Thanks Josh!

Freedom Bike Shop was awesome. Brought my bike in a day before I needed it for the Okanagan Trestles Tour 80k ride and they not only fixed my part on my bike but also cleaned my chain and installed a new tire, all within a two hour span at a very reasonable price! Can’t recommend them enough for all biking needs and supplies.

Four shop staff wern't able to fix the rear breaks on my bike. I got a solid man-splaining on why it couldn't be fixed. They said I would have to race without rear breaks. Funny enough, my simple suggestion fixed it, even when they adimantly said it wouldn't work. Yet I still had to pay $80 for labour!

Also - staff have a lot of attitude and make fun of customers behind their backs. Highly recommend not going here.

Thank you for the great service to fix an ongoing gear skipping issue. Its completely fixed! Knowing how busy your technicians are, I had expected a longer wait for an appointment but I am thrilled with the turn around time. Especially since other bike shops in the area mentioned that Freedom was the only one who had the knowledge and tools for my specific brand/model of EBike. And your receipts are perfect - having the detailed service notes included is something I have not seen with other shops - thank you for that! Hope the Blue Bomber didn't give you much grief. You will see it again for every tune up:)

Great shop for anything you need. I bought my first bike from freedom and had great help choosing the right bike, size, and setting up the suspension. Very knowledgeable people who have answered all my beginner questions and have helped with all of my DIY bike repairs! Get in there!
