Terrible cellular service. I am in the middle of town and data often does not work. Dropped or can’t make calls with full bars. Even a service rep at the Kelowna store say the cell infrastructure is patchy and has problems with the towers and there are not fixes in the near future. Their over sea phone support is a joke. I have filed a complaint with the CCTS. Spend the extra money and go with Telus. I noticed a major decline after the shaw roger merger and was initially happy with my service.

The actual employees at orchard park were acceptable but the gross incompetence of the overall company negate all of that and then some. It may not be fair that the individual customer service employees are responsible for the bosses but at the end of the day it's the company they chose to work at.

This review is for the guy working in the store in Orchard Plaza. Tyson is by far the best customer service guy I have come across in a long time. I came in extremely trusted about a billing issue and Tyson went above and beyond to get my issue resolved even though he was restricted to what he could do in the store. Tyson if you ever want a job give me a call.

Really Appreciate the service at this location, Max helped me out i was looking for new phone for my dad. Actually it was pretty quick, my local penticton freedom store want me to change my plan that i had from 2017 which I don’t want to change but max help me out very well, as i paid $0 for brand new iphone 13 pro without changing my current plan.

Extremely frustrating service for home internet. I got sent redirected 5 times before I could finally get a hold of someone to cancel my services, and when I brought in my cable box from the exact same location I got it they would not accept it or bother to assist me with paying my outstanding bill. I will not be signing up with any freedom mobile subscriptions again.

We went there on 25 aug.i was planning to buy new phone. We got really good service from “Tyson”. He explained us all the plans which was best in the price too.

People in the store are nice.prices are good. But beware! When you need help with your home internet take some days off work to get results. I've called 4 different numbers, been told to go to the store, store told me to call another number which told me to contact another number which told me to go to the store. I've done a whole loop now. I've Been transferred to over 6 different people/departments. Other phone companies don't have the greatest service either, but this is a whole new level I didn't even know existed. I respect this store, but you are going to have to deal with this kind of service so make sure you know what you're in for. This has still not been resolved.

I went from paying $70 per month for 2gb and unlimited text/call to $24 per month for the same (plus a bonus 10gb for signing up when I did). Hard to argue with that value!
The store is still being very cautious and safe with Covid protocols, and I respect that they've held on to that throughout the pandemic when most places have started to cut corners.
The staff is very helpful and friendly; they're actually willing to talk to you and figure out your best option.
My only qualm is I do find my service cuts out once an awhile, but not often and only in certain areas (warehouse/basement/etc).
Overall a lovely experience with them so far.

Stopped here to pay off device, representative said he would lose his job if he let my wife and I and our small child into the store because of a strict two people maximum.
Despite adhering to social distancing guidelines and wearing masks.
Terrible customer service.

DON’T SWITCH! We switched our business number over. Call display is wrong (despite many attempts to have it corrected), business customers intermittently cannot reach us! Dropped calls even trying to reach them to resolve. After about a month we tried to cancel services and were told that it was now too late. We are now stuck with them. The cost savings are not worth it! Stay with whoever you’re using!
