This was the best experience I've had purchasing a phone and plan. I definitely recommend at least stopping in to talk before making a choice on where to buy.

It is frenchie store managed by Shobhit. Ownerbis very helpful person and answer your all questions with patience. This store is perfect fit for Cloverdale mall.

5000 gold stars would not even begin to show how good my experience in this store with Shobhit was. Professional caring service, remarkable prices and amazing products. All clearly explained with no pressure, no doubletalk and total respect for the customer. I'm in complete awe over how well I was treated and the deal I received. Hats off my friend, you will go far in this field and have a totally dedicated customer base who will return time and again based on service alone. Freedom/shaw bosses, don't let them s franchise owner ever leave you!

The worst experience I've ever had with a mobile phone merchant. I was sold a sim and assured it was compatible with my phone. It was not, so I cancelled my phone within a week. After many lies about who will return my deposit I was told by freedom mobile customer services to go to the store and if I had any problems I was to contact freedom mobile while in the shop and they would speak to the Manager of the shop directly. Finally the person admitted fault and said my deposit will be in the mail. That was 3 months ago and I've been to the shop multiple times. I am currently in communication with freedom mobile and will pursue the matter further whether it requires legal action or not. I don't believe this to be a failure on freedom mobile's side but more the particular shop.

Thanks to Shobhit I was able to spend less and get much more than I had anticipated. He really knows his stuff and spends the time to make sure that I knew enough to make a well-informed decision. There was no up-selling on my grandfather package either, which I always get right away. A wonderful experience doing business with him and Freedom Mobile.

Jaggi is a wonderful person and provides great customer service.
I wanted to switch to Freedom Mobile but I was not sure if it would work for me as I live in a basement.
Jaggi kindly offered his SIM card so I could go home and try it out.
Even though, unfortunately, the mobile did not work in my basement, it does not undo the excellent customer service that Jaggi provided to me.
I highly recommend this store and in particular, Jaggi.

I was at the store yesterday Feb 18,2020, A wonderful experience with the exemplary service. The staff Mr. Akul Soni went above and beyond to give me all the requisite information, and advice. Went the extra length to call the freedom mobile customer service phone contact to discuses my issues and resolve them. Offered me best option in selecting a new device and plan. The no rush service, patient hearing and welcoming nature in answering question was very encouraging. All in all a very professional and high stand of service.

Great service, great staff. Both of the owners are great people. I drive out to this location when there are many closer to me. Standard of service is excellent.

Cee Jay is very professional with great sense of humor.
Straight to the point approach. No “chet-chat” time wasting while at the same time getting full understanding of customer needs. He offers extras, but without “pressing”.

I had an unfortunate experience at this location as I was told the phone I wanted was not in stock at all, or at any nearby locations when it was in fact in stock at the next nearest store. I felt very disappointed as my exchanges at other freedom locations have been nothing but positive.

Update: Having spoken with the owner of this location I can see there was a misunderstanding and lack of clear communication between myself and the sales representative I had dealt with. I was not informed at the time that they were unable to see some stores stock and that other locations may have the phone I wanted. Given the circumstances I have updated my review rating to 4 stars.

Amazing amazing staff, A guy named Sahil was very helpful and quick to tell me everything I needed to know and more. He was very personable and humorous. I felt like I left there with everything I needed to know about my new phone plan:)

This is my favourite freedom store. Cee Jay is so helpful and honest about the products and services so I can make a good choice about what's best for me. This is now my go to store for any help or freedom services that I will need in future.

Absolutely worst experience I've ever had in talking to a sales person. The young man was indignant, a superior attitude. I asked ONE direct question "what is the cost if I'm calling outside a home network"? And he went off about GB's across Canada. I brought him back to the question referring to phone calls not data and he told me I"m not listening to him and leave the store. In fact the words he used were "Get Out" This is the first time I've been kicked out of a store in my life. I do feel bad for the kid and I'm sure he wants a do over, or maybe a customer service refresher?

Follow up November 27th.
I contacted the manager the same day he followed up with my post. He was quite professional and was down right human with me. He invited me back into the store which I did on black friday after reflecting, who doesn't deserve a 2nd chance nowadays? I entered the store and was greeted by a knowledgeable and humble young man. I was very close to signing up with Freedom but financing on my end wouldn't allow it. So to rate the store and the service I recieved **** 4 stars out of 5. The manager made his staff available before operating hours to walk me through the phones, the plans and what might work for me. The staff at this store location I met are young, with experience and confidence relating to older customers like myself they have an opportunity to dominate especially if Shaw continues to expand coverage to help with data speed. Understanding the tech end of things with cell phone bands and making calls through wifi and relating that to customers confidently so we as customers can have confidence we wont have dropped calls will go a long way with people signing up and loyalty. With a cell phone company I dont want an " have a better experience" I want to be spoken to like a person and not like I'm at a spa. Just be genuine and genuinely want to help move into a solution and if you cant, find someone who might. All my best to the staff at Freedom Mobile in Cloverdale and thanks for inviting me back.
