I just called this branch. (Oct 31,2022,2pm) Very poor customer service. I spoke to a female person and she was not interested at all to what i am saying. She doesn’t even let me finish a sentence.
Who every is working there or the manager pls train your representatives well.

Update: Switched to TELUS which is around the corner. So MUCH MORE PROFESSIONAL customer service there. Very informative and caring about customers.

Switch to TELUS people.

If only I could give 15 stars I would! Thank you to Gurkanwal Cheema for assisting me in purchasing my new iPhone 13 pro max not only 1 unit but 2. He has the best customer service among the freedom store that I ever been too. So frustrating to say that when I went to freedom Richmond centre since it’s near my place, guy working there was not accommodating compared to Gurkanwal. He was very nice, friendly, accommodating and answers all my questions the phone. Will definitely recommend this place. I’m a Happy customer.

The manager was so helpful when he helped me. He also went the extra mile to see if my phone worked after he fixed it.
Id give 5 stars but he was late. Its very important to me that a store, its employees (and employers) are ready to open the store on time. Rather than making customers wait for you to get set and ready for the day when it should have been already opened. Common professionalism doesnt go unnoticed.:)

I was having a bad day and was very frustrated with freedom customer service. The staff at the store were great. I told them what I needed and they were very efficient in setting it up.

RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I went to buy a prepaid sim today (2020-09-19) around 12.20pm.
Girl named Jag told me that I cannot use their sim to the phone which I had.
I wanted to buy the sim only, so that I can buy a phone later.
She refused saying that she cannot sell the sim without the phone.
I explained her that Freedom mobile sell prepaid sim online without showing them the the phone which I'm going to use.
She still refused.
I called customer care and found that I can buy a prepaid sim without a phone.
And then I bought a prepaid sim without a phone from Freedom mobile outlet at 128 Street and 96 Avenue.
This girl doesn't care customers, not polite but rude on customers.
I have been working at the front desk at a reputed hotel and I know how to treat and care customers.
I will never ever visit this place again.

I have a very satisfying experience at this Freedom mobile store. The sales rep Mr Jaggi was very kind and supportive. He made it very easy for me to Port from the current service provider to freedom. Would recommend my friends to visit this store and specially to meet Mr Jaggi who I find to be the best in all of my experiences so far in telecom stores here in surrey. Thanks again Jaggi bro.

The worst customer service especially by ladies. I came to this store for iPhone 11 pro max but the lady was very rude with me. The Indian lady tried to kick me out of the store. I was ready to cancel all of my 4 plans with freedom until I went to the freedom’s Guildford location and met “Joy” who was working there. She was very polite and helpful. She convinced me to not to cancel my freedom plans. The staff at the city central mall is very uneducated. They don’t know how to behave with a customer especially with older people. I will never come back to this location and never recommend anybody else.

Called in advance saying I was going to be there in 20 mins I need to upgrade my phone. The guy said okay awesome. I get there 10 mins before closing and they tell me they can't help me because it would take 15 mins. No sorry or anything. Very rude staff. Just kicked me out of store. Could of easily told me over the phone to save me the 20 minute drive each way.

Great deals and offers.
The person who stood out to me the most is Sia. He his tall, handsome and knows what he is saying. I came to pay a bill and convinced me to get the new samsung s10. Since he offered it to me with so much passion, i bought the phone. He was giving off flirty vibes. I do recommend this store.

I Went there first time Nd two ladies were working there. They don’t know how to deal with a customer. They were very rude. The store is full of illiterate people. Won’t recommend anybody to visit this store.

The customer service was fine! I wouldn’t say impeccable or anything just what bothered me was someone who said was the owner? Not sure was hitting on me during the sale.uncomfortable enough I politely just laughed it off then setting up my phone ended up taking more work a phone call to head office and seemed like a major inconvenience.ended up taking 1.5 to set up a phone. I don’t know if their service has gotten better but my phone was terrible I never had service and my 10gbs of day would only work for the first 2. I ended up switching shortly after

Not the best customer support as company. Got the basic issue fixed at the branch but will have to go through tech support again that will send me back to branch most likely. Good enough phone plans.

The worst customer service and worst selection of phones they have more phones on display that they no longer carry than they have of ones they do and the ones they do are not even in stock I seen one phone I might like and asked about it she rudely said your plan is $50 to get this phone free you need 50+ I came here with my 80yr step father who pointed all this out to them they got very very rude with him and asked him to leave the store who the hell gets rude with an 80yr old man nd trys to kick him out of the store I'm so floored at the employees at this store I was ready to cancel all 3 of my plans with freedom until I went to the 88th and Scott road location and met Patricia what a difference this ladie saved me from cancelling my freedom plans and put me in my new phone for free and yes it was a 50+ plan cause that's what I have a 50 plan the people at the Surrey central location are very unknowlagable and extremely rude I will never come back to this store and neither will anyone I know

I changed my telephone network from Fido to Free Dom after your employee told me that his $ 19 fee per month was quick after adding 1.5 GB and he told me after this data will be activated at 3G for free. When the data ended, everything was surprised next month that the bill was $ 29 plus Taxi with my plan paid in advance. It is a company and not respected for its customers, Akramkm you thieves

So i just went to this location to upgrade my phone and walked away with nothing. I wanted to get an s9 in purple, which I was told was discontinued. Fair enough. I said okay, I'll take it in black. Then I'm told they don't have them in stock. I asked if they could order me in one and was told they won't be getting anymore. I could try one of the bigger mall locations, if i wanted. Whatever happened to customer service? The young fellow helping me didn't even make an effort to up sell or offer a comparable phone. Just let me and my money walk out the door. I guess they dont care if they lose sales. Shame on you for treating customers like that. Won't be going to that location again. May even switch carriers

This store has been less than competent every time I go there. The manager was helping me when he broke my phone, then was too defensive to even let me be heard. He yelled at me and called me profane words. Save yourself time and money by not giving any business to these inept mentally ill baffoons.

Met with John at the Surrey Central location. Despite the holiday line ups and store being crowded, he was extremely patient. Even though it was towards the end of the workday, he was very enthusiastic and eager to help. Helped us pick devices and plans and even though we had not planned to switch/shop for phones; we switched over from Bell and Virgin and signed 2 yr terms with FM. Walked away with brand new shiny phones, just in time for the holiday season and wasn't hesitant in the end from switching over from fantastic plans with Bell/Virgin.

UPDATE: Nothing against the employee I dealt with, but the service with Freedom mobile sucks! Dropping it from 5 to 1 star. Did a buyer's remorse in 2 days and switched back to Bell. There was no service on my phone at most places in lower mainland and the internet speeds were terrible. I was not even able to make or receive calls and the technical support said they can't do anything about it. Horrible Horrible service with Freedom. You get what you pay for.
