I’ve been with Freedom for over 5 years now and they offer great low prices that other companies charge twice as much for! If you are using someone else definitely check Freedom and see the deals your missing out on!

The attendant was extremely helpful and explained everything I needed to ensure the plan I was getting was right for my needs. Plus, I got an extra discount I wasn’t expecting!

Wanted to share as i didnt go to the kiosk at pacific centre for the bad reviews on service. The gentleman who helped me (dont remember name) helped me out with a smile whole time, quick process, answered every question i had even when i asked multiple times to clarify with no sense of irritation. Good service and pointed me to the best deal available.

"Alice Tran from the Robson location (336 Robson) was amazing - and so helpful and genuinely looked out for both of us to make sure we got the best plan and deal possible. She gave us great sincere helpful advice after listening to our concerns with our previous plans. We would definitely go back to her in the future.

I am a few weeks late, but my most recent experience stuck with me so well, I have to write a review! I have been a customer with Freedom since 2018 and I have received my fair share of less than mediocre help. This experience completely made me a customer for life! I was there on a Wednesday (June 27th) around 3: 15pm. The man who helped me was so amazing and patient, I will honestly be a customer for life if I continue to get even close to this type of customer service! I wish I remembered his name, but he was the only employee in the store at this time! Thank you so much for your help & I will be back!

Unfortunatly Freedom Mobile offer no service, help or assistance to their own customers who are being harrased with ghost or fraudulant robocalls from Freedeom Mobile numbers (604) 500-XXXX with revolving last numbers, block a number and a different number starts calling within minutes clearly demonstrating someone has access to their system with the ability to change their last numbers instantly.

Beware of Freedom Mobile. They charged a crazy amount for roaming in the United States ($70/10 days), and then the data didn't even work which basically left me stranded. I had to spend hours "debugging" (please restart your phone 33434 times) and then time spent wrangling for a refund on the roaming plan only to be told that the agent hadn't noted it, so it still showed up on my bill, so I had to call back. Anything you bring up, the literal only thing they can offer is some $5 discount on your monthly plan, which is covered by less than a day of their bad roaming plans. Absolutely do not recommend this company. I have cancelled my plan and refuse to deal with this level of service.

It was lovely experience with Mina at robson freedom store. I went for device upgrade.and she explained everything so well.and in organised manner.without wasting any time.

Not helpful staff at all, pretty darn rude to be honest and could definitely use some customer service skills. I went there to find out if my cord was not working properly, insisted I go to the freedom store where I bought my phone from. I offered to PAY for the cord (my phone was completely dead) as I desperately needed to charge my phone. She claimed she didn't have the cord and told me again to go to the store I bought it from. Obviously that was NOT an option or I would've went there instead.

Get some customer service skills and LISTEN instead of asserting something else. Went to London Drugs on Robson instead, guy checked my phone, tried a new cord and sure enough it worked, problem solved. I didn't even buy my phone from there but at least they were helpful!

One of the best customers service you'll ever found. Shahram is really friendly and helpful with my phone upgrade and plan activation.

Actually had a good experience with customer service when I opened up a new account.the store manager was very accommodating and friendly and really follow-through.

They topped up tbe wrong phone and it took 3 hours of yelling at them to reverse the mistake and then they wanted to to tax me again on the same transaction. They didnt seem to understand why that was a problem. Top it off, they forgot to return n my ID. I realized 10 blocks away and had to return to get it. Took them 20 min to find it. Incompetent doesn't begin to explain the staff.

Farrukh was very accommodating, he went out of his way to go and pick up a handset that I wanted from another location the same day. He was also very understanding with making sure I got the plan I wanted rather than trying to make me take the newest plan or handset. Great service, will be coming back to this location for sure.

Today I visited Freedom Mobile Davie to upgrade my handset, and after being shooed me away because they were to busy, I decided to swing by the Robson location where I was assisted by Farrukh Syed, who provided the most exceptional service I have ever received. Give this man a raise.
