Beware of this guy called Justin at this store. Very cunning and will dupe you for a few bucks.
I actually tried to get the boxing week offer of 34$ online but after several attempts it was failing. That was the only reason I had to go to store and while I was getting connection I asked him several times if there will be any additional charges or one first bill and he said no nothing. But then I got the agreement through mail it mentioned connection fee. So, I went back to the store and he says I did not specifically ask for connection fee.
I do not disagree with him but why would you not mention connection fee when I am asking several times about additional charges.
I will leave for you to decide who is right but for me he is a very bad representative.

Worst customer service, the guy working in the PM shift shouldn’t work in customer service related field

The in-store service, while good, was soured by the exceptionally bad support after signing up. We all experience poor service on an occasion, but this - I'm in awe.
Hours of being on hold on each of several attempts to get help, one dropped call, and online chat service that takes 12+ hours to respond (if at all). Only to then close the chat before I had a chance to reply.
Four days and many hours on the phone later, I still have not had a chance to talk to anyone at Freedom about my issue.
So yeah, at this point, I'm well past being mad. I'm simply in awe. A support system this understaffed and this dysfunctional can only be described as beautiful
