As others have mentioned, Flora was fantastic to work with. She's very patient and knowledgeable. I broke the screen of my old phone and she clearly laid out the best options for a new phone/repair based on my budget and constraints.super efficient and no fuss. Overall great customer experience. I'd recommend other freedom mobile users to check out this location!

These guys seem very unprofessional and don't care about their jobs, nor customers. They were too busy gossiping in Vietnamese to even notice that I was waiting for service. As someone else mentioned before, all they care about is making quick sales, with no regard or knowledge on the product they sell. Sold me a faulty device, now I need to waste my time exchanging it and getting compensated for lack of paid service!

Only one open because of covid. Here paying my friends phone bill. The phone that he want Ed was not in stock. Have to wait 2 weeks for restocking of the Moto G7 power. Finding it hard to work the referral program during covid 19.

Those guys are not even open untill 7 as they say, i was there after work to pay my phone bills but the door was locked at 6.50pm and i was not able to pay my phone. Really? Why close 10 11 mins early waste everyones time?

Great service. I got my 1st phone plan here when they were still Mobilicity, and I got a sweet deal. It seems the owner or manager is still the same now that it's Freedom and the staff are very and helpful.

Worst cell phone company and worst customer service trying to get money from a deceased person over $80 bill even though payments were made prior to the payment date and we also submitted the Death Certificate freedom mobile you can go to hell with your service

Excellent customer service. Flora has been very helpful and stayed an extra hour after close to get us a great deal for our family. We ended up getting four lines under one account. Flora was exceptional in her product knowledge and professional level of service.

I was so happy with Freedom at Kingsway. Thuy and Flora helped me to setup phone, download some apps and show me how to use smartphones.

Caught the lady working there in a lie cause it was at the end of the day and she didn't want to help me. I asked if they had any Samsung S9 and she said she had a few in the back. I then asked if she could set me up with a new phone because I destroyed mine a few minutes before that. She told tried to lie and say that she didn't have anymore but would be getting a shipment in the morning. I went to a freedom mobile in South Surrey instead cause I was working in the area the next day. They had awesome service
