Absolutely love the experience at this place. It has never been so easy dealing with phone companies but Pranav was exceptionally helpful and clarified our each and every issues. Very helpful staff. Totally recommend it.

Some bad experience went in for a black friday deal on a tuesday zero customer in-store, tells me system is down come back tommorow. Strange, but ok, then realized I can active the plan myself online ask for a SIM Card, only takes cash and Debit, no credit cards, strange, but ok. Then he goes system should work in 10 minutes, realized he is just busy on his personal phone and don't want to help.

Came in to change my monthly data allowance. Instead of simply adding data, agent changed my entire plan and I lost US calling. Now they say I had a legacy offer and cannot revert. You've lost my business forever.

I asked for a decent plan with full service for an employee. The sales staff assured me I was getting the best value for what I was looking for. A few months go by & Im cancelling the $35 plan & Im looking at a bill for $426!
I go back to the store to complain & the guy tells me Staff are Not trained to offer data!
So its intentional gouging!

I had a great experience at this Freedom location at Coquitlam Centre. I received very honest and great advice on what phone was good to my needs and budget. The guy there, Pranav, showed me the pros and cons about the devices I was looking for. He took his time to go through them and he gave me a good and honest advice. This is what I call a great customer service!

Currently standing in line with one person in front of us and have been for thirty plus minutes. Two employees are helping customers, one is small talking with a customer and has been the entire time while other employees have worked with two or more customers.more employees or a better oversight on current employees is needed.

Came into the store last week, needing some information about setting up a phone plan for my mom. We were greeted by Riley the sales rep and we received outstanding customer service. So good in fact, we wanted to come back and asked for him yesterday to help set us up with a phone plan. Riley is patient (very patient), kind and has a great personality. Went above and beyond what we expected from a sales representative. He didn’t rush us at all, even though we were there for a couple hours trying to understand everything. Thank you so much Riley. My mom loves her new phone.

Came in wanting a new Iphone, and even though I didn't pre order, the employee Aamir helped me find one in stock and helped me find a good deal:) Freedom has way better pricing for new I phones and would recommend Aamir if you go here

The service isn't half bad, but I got 12gb of data for 50$ which is way better than the 90$ I pay for 95$ at virgin mobile. Good prices if you're looking for data

Riley was super friendly, patient, and knowledgable! He took the time to give good honest advice on what I should do with my plan and phone. Although I was indecisive between what iPhone 11 to eventually upgrade to, he was very patient and didn't make me feel rushed! Thanks Riley!:)

I got the iPhone 11 pro max on hold last Friday and the employee told me to come back the following Tuesday to pick it up because that's when they would receive them. On Tuesday I tried to call them. 10 times (not kidding) and they never picked up to see if they had stock. I ended up going to the store to see if they had my phone, as I was told I should and they didn't have it. I'm very disappointed in the customer service, I would have understood if they at least picked up the phone to tell me they didn't have it.but not even. The employee understood the problem and tried her best to help. Still I would try avoiding this branch in general because of how poor the customer service is.

Don’t ever pre order phone from here if you are a freedom customer and if u want to upgrades, it’s been 20 days since I pre ordered the iPhone 11, they keep saying they haven’t received it, I know they do and only give to the new customers. Never answer the phone and Riley the manager is garbage, no customer service. Try some where else

Long time to wait doesn't matter what. Be prepared for at least 20 min if not more just to reach the counter and this in rare cases when all 3 counters are open

I would like to share about my positive experiences with Riley. This guy definitely knows how to treat customers to his excellence, he is patient and really capable, and most importantly very friendly. Go find this guy and you will be satisfied. It is hard to describe in words how amazing he is.

I like how competitive their prices are compared to the "Big Three". The sales associate was knowledgeable and helpful. I haven't decided if I will get my phone plan through them but they did leave a good impression.

I had the most awful experience today in this store. (coquitlam center location) i was dealing with this MANAGER named RILEY. He is not apologetic at all despite their mistake. Instead of listening to our concern he just blame us for their mistakes. He only gave 1 option and nothing else. The worst costumer service! I will not recommend this company to any of my friends. This company is not even worth 1 star. In general, i can rate this store plus the manager a -100 star!

Don't bother trying to call this branch, they never pick up. I was in line and watched the phone ring next to one of the workers that was just standing at the counter - she could have easily picked up and multi tasked whatever she was doing as she was not helping any customers. As well they seem to have Zero clue of there own inventory and you have to stand in line for 45 minutes to be told they dont have a phone.you think if a phone was sold out that they would make a note to themselves and they staff? No, because that would be common sense.

This place doesn’t even deserve one star! Reception with freedom mobile is a joke and customer service at this location is non-existent. I signed up with freedom mobile on the promise that I could cancel their service within 15 days. Tried it and realized I had no service at work (in vancouver) at least 1/3 of the time and was on the away network (aka limited data) more often than not in locations that were supposed to be covered. Texts took 5 minutes to send, calls took at least 2-3 tries to go through, and internet was patchy and slow. No problem, it had only been 10 days so I went to cancel my plan. It turns out my service plan could be cancelled but they would not take back the phone that I got with it because it was open box now, so it cost me $1500 to buy out the phone in order to cancel their useless plan. Shocking to say the least, but to make matters worse, the manager at this location was extremely rude, yelled at me and his employees, accused me of wasting his time, threatened me, and claimed he owned freedom mobile and there was nobody else I could talk to. Yeah right! Freedom mobile claims an “internal investigation” is underway regarding this manager but they still have not offered to take back my phone. Bottom line, don’t be fooled by their low cost plans and $0 phones! You get what you pay for with their plan (minimal, patchy, unreliable coverage) and you end up paying more for the phone once you realize you just need a plan that works.

Giving this store 2 stars because the staff is very friendly and the only saving grace, but the manager needs a lesson in customer service. He's rude and just not very interested in helping you out, unless it's about making a sale. I went there to help sign my wife, mother and mother-in-law up up for their service. The girl who helped us out was excellent! The manager was a different story, coughing out loud without covering his mouth and eating food in front of the staff and customers (couldn't do that in the back room to be more discreet?), and you can see the crumbs from the food falling all over the counter/register. Very unprofessional manager.
