I have been meaning to write the review back in December and I hope the same person still works there. We have had a very good experience setting up a new phone number and making changes to the account. Aman was the person working that day and she has been so helpful, professional and kind, I really wanted to highlight her effort in helping us! Thank you!

Me and my daughter were pleasantly greeted by the staff members at freedom mobile they offered us one of the their cheapest plans and we were done setting up my daughters phone and less than 30 minutes they were very professional and treat us like real human beingsI would recommend freedom mobile any day!

I walked in that Freedom Mobile at Haney Place on Feb, 25th, 2019 and there was one person there serving a customer.so i waited and looked around at their cell phone plans and looked and looked.then another customer walked in so i waited to be acknowledged.the agent there just kept on doing whatever.then another agent walked in and the two got into a little discussion concerning why the agent was late.so i waited and waited.then after a few minutes, i decided that it looks like i`m not going to get looked after or be acknowledged.so i left there and went to Bell and Virgin!

I went into the store to pay a bill and enquire about other phones and plans since I have had my phone for over a year and really needed a new one. My screen was broken, the phone I just was never happy with. I was told if I wanted to pay my bill in store there would be a $2 charge. That information I appreciated but the way it was given I did not. Two twenty something (if that) sat unimpressed behind the desk, not very willing to talk about anything and very negative attitudes. The phone I inquired about; no we don't have it here, or you have to order to your home etc. Not once did either of them smile which made quite awkward asking questions. Neither of them were forthcoming with any information whatsoever. I really miss the days when people cared about helping a customer. I may just have to switch to another provider. Not impressed!

I didn't like the idea of not speaking to superior people. Not putting blame to the people that are working there.

Very helpful staff. Bought a phone on craigslist and thad them verify it for me. Provided good customer service and helped me alot.

Went in to buy a new phone for my wife and I (we are on Freedom) and was told I cannot outright buy a new phone from them and only new customers can. Will be canceling 4 accounts.

My experience here is not very good. I came here to inquire since the prices are cheaper than the main competitors. Unfortunately my current phone doesn't work with their network (thats what they said) so I had to buy a phone from them outright. The tall guy did the setup on my new phone. When he gave me the new phone, it was covered with oil and greasy finger prints. It was disgusting and I knew from the start that it would happen since he was touching his face "a lot" as he played around with my new phone. The worst part was he peeled off the factory screen protector without my consent. The good thing is that I didn't transfer my number yet as I am just trying the service if I like it. I'm not getting full bars in some buildings so I'm most likely returning it and cancelling the service. The one star is mostly for messing up my phone so it could have gotten a higher rating if I got the service elsewhere.

No prepaid plans at this location. It's ridiculous: I wanted to subscribe to their Prepaid plan. But when I came - they told me, that this location can do only postpaid. And for Prepaid I need to go to another Freedom location 25 mins away. Really?
