New owners. Fish and chips is not the same as before. Has a 2 inch thick crust of batter. Way over priced. Won't be going there again. Just my opinion but why change what ain't broken. Haven't tried anything else just the fish and chips. Kinda sad loved that place.

It was good food, except that, it seemed, that everything on the menu was spicy. Great if you like spice, but not if you don't. Three of the four people at the table didn't like spice.

Great chowder & focaccia bread. Shared yummy sweet potato fries. Soup & salad deal was a hit with hubby. Staff was friendly & checked back after food delivery to see if we were ok. It’s a little hidden in the left corner of Marina & doesn’t have much of a water view, but was good food & has a nice outdoor patio area.

Hard to find, now that it's called French Creek Social Hall if you aren't a local. A shame as I think tourists will see the highway sign and drive on by if they're looking for a pub. Service is quick with friendly staff.fish n chips are delicious, not greasy with a crispy batter. Highly recommend. My friend had the burger and said it was delicious. Seems much cleaner than it used to be now that it's under new ownership. A good place for lunch or dinner with reasonable prices. Certainly recommend.

Good portions great staff reasonable prices. I always ask for no salt on the fries. Have not been disappointed yet. Highly recommended. We moved to Coombs in June. Our favorite place

Best Clam Chowder we have ever had! And my husband is from East Coast so we have sampled many!

Nice and clean restaurant with nice views. Fish and chips are OK but little bit more oily.

The staff are 5 star the atmosphere 5 star the music again the calamari like clouds of joy! One thought would maybe fish taco don’t deep fry? But honest this place is got it with really good everything! Oh a the hot sauce it rocks!

Used to be fantastic Fish and Chips on Friday and Saturdays but sadly, change of ownership has had a detrimental effect on both the quality and quantity of their portions.

Advice to owners get the old chefs back and stop trying to cut down your portion sizes. Last year it was so great we kept on coming back - no chance now.

They don't serve Halibut with chips anymore. The cod was greasy. I should have had a burger. I was disappointed after so many good meals there in past visits. Disappointed.
