Rude staff. Bought the green milk tea with the broken straw. I asked for the other one and needed to charge me for the "extra". Sorry, you will lose more and more customer.

Horrible.
We asked them four times if the juice is freshly pressed. Her answer was yes, but it definitely wasn't. It tasted like syrup with other additives.

The Bubble Milk Tea impressed me with its well-balanced ratio of milk and tea, resulting in a strong and flavorful blend. The richness of the tea was truly satisfying. I particularly enjoyed the chewy and delicious pearls, which added a delightful texture to the drink. Terrible Service, in fact, no service at all. Waited at Lansdowne Food Court for around 20 minutes and no one was there. No workers, no service. Just an empty store.

Yep, like others said, the staff is rude which I don't care that much, but their milk tea is a real disaster.

Extremely RUDE staff, DO NOT visit.
I asked for less ice for the buy 1 get 1 free bubble tea and they tell me they CANT do less ice and say if I want less ice then don't get the buy 1 get 1. That's my decision, not yours.

Lovely little shop, ordered some tea and smoothie for my little one. Saw macaroons sale and decided to try. Wish there was more variety but not bad. Tea was good, would return.

Bubble teas are plain but still reasonably price. They still have the buy one, get one free for regular bubble tea.

I tried their fresh squeezed orange juice but it tasted diluted and off. Lots of non juicy dried pulp too. Definitely have had much better elsewhere.

I don't order much from this other than the BOGO bubble tea. It's great bubble tea, you get two for the price of one. For a person who loves and drinks a lot of bubble tea, this is an amazing deal. Don't expect much as it's just normal bubble tea, but you can choose to get green tea instead of black tea. The only tiny downside is that there is a wait when they get really busy due to their popularity.
