Although this place is clean and they did an OK job, they weren't very thorough and my feet still had dead skin on it after my pedicure. My gel nails chipped after 4 days, the price was very high for the quality.

I love this nail salon, today was the first time I have had the pleasure of getting a manicure and a pedicure with nail art. Shima was the artist that did an incredible, beautiful job, all staff were extremely friendly, honest about what would look good and what wouldn’t. I highly recommend this place to get your nails done.

I had to edit to add an update so since my first time I was on vacation in the Okanagan, my nails had to be filled again I didn’t like what the Okanagan nail tech did. When I got back Shima again fixed my nails and made them look natural & beautiful… I love this place I’m going to get my lashes done as well.

Friendly and gentle staff. Went for shellac manis and regular pedis with Mom. Both enjoyed the services both times. Fun colours to choose from, have had quite a few compliments on my hands

Super cute nail bar, staff is friendly and kind, me and my girlfriend did a walk in they took us right away. Was super happy with my nails after also reasonable price!

New owner will not honor gift certificates. Unfortunately she doesn't care to keep loyal clients. She didn't want to speak to me.instead told her embarrassed staff, to send me next door, to speak with the previous owner. I contacted BBB and she also would not reply to them. I have used this salon for many years and really enjoyed the proximity, cleanliness and lovely staff.

I bought gift cards for a friend, but when she went to use them, Fresh Nail Bar would not honor them. I was told the owner had changed and the gift card money was not transferred from one owner to the other. The business name has not changed, although I was told the dba numbered company had. It is still Fresh Nail Bar on the door. I feel this is an internal issue and should not affect the customer. Such a shame, as I like to support local small businesses, but I will never buy gift cards from a small business again.

Unfortunately couldn’t give less than 1 star so had to. Had gone numerous times to this salon in the past with old owners and were very happy. We went with two gift certificates bought previously and the new owner refused to accept them. They showed me a letter from their lawyer which they have framed on the wall (picture attached)! What new owners don’t want to keep old clients? Maybe they would lose some profit if this wasn’t taken into account during the sale, but they would at least keep the clients. Not sure why they’re in business if they don’t understand that much. My gift certificate says Fresh Nail and their business name is the same so how they can refuse? Not going to ket it rest easily, will go to consumer society next. Have heard there are a few others who have gift certificates and are having the same issue. It’s a shame on the new owners.

Very professional and respectful technicians. I loved Shima she did and excellent job. The management was great even though I booked last minute. Very relaxing atmosphere and clean space. Loved the experience will definitely be back.

Agree with other recent reviews. New ownership which likely impacted the quality and service built by the previous owner. Although staff were kind, they did not seem very knowledgeable and the results did not turn out well. I would not recommend this place to family or friends.

This place is amazing. Shima is wonderful and really goes out of her way to give you a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Definitely recommend this place.

Great team, they bear with picky people, Shima was awesome, and so patient. Would try it again.

The staff listened to what I wanted and made sure it was done right — very friendly and accommodating. This is now my “go to” nail spot. Thank you!

Ive been a client at Fresh Nail Bar for the past year and they are the best in the city. Any time I’ve gone in for a mani or pedi the staff have always been friendly and welcoming. They always do and amazing job on my nails and the salon is very clean as well. They do a great job accommodating me (even though sometimes I book my appointments very last minute) It’s taken me a long time to find a nail salon that I’ve truly loved but Fresh Nail Bar is the place. I definitely recommend if you are looking for a nail salon to give Fresh Nail Bar a try

New owner ships…. They are very kind but they do not do a good job. Everyone seems really lost. I got an acrylic set and they were probably the worst set I’ve ever gotten. The owner was kind enough to let me get them redone… however this should have never happened in the first place… and lost of time was wasted. Wouldn’t recommend here!

Although my pedicure turned out ok, I will not return and would not recommend. The salon seemed very cheap and staff not prepared/educated. Instead of a warm towel, they used a dry paper towel to remove excess lotion off my feet after the foot massage. Staff seemed unsure of which base and top coat to use for regular polish. Another client was sitting after her pedicure for a very long time because the polish wouldn't dry. My "discounted price" (30% off) was what I normally pay regular price for a pedicure at other salons.

Called in to book appointment to remove gel nailpolish. They gave me a fair quote and when I was in, the staff was extremely friendly and lighthearted. They did a great job removing my gel nailpolish, and I was done in 10 minutes and out if there. Clean location, and very friendly and professional staff. Thanks
