Fresh St. Market - Panorama Surrey

It is very unfortunate today's December 25th when I search online it says fresh market is opened today and I came to the store, it says closed. This is very bad customer service, for that 5 minutes I was there three other vehicles came thinking you are opened today. People are coming from far away places because it says this is the only place open today.

Decided a burger and fries were not the ticket so I went to Fresh St. Market to try a soup, salad and cheese bun. Yep, much better! Trust me, for a quick lunch that gives you a great variety of colors and flavors, stop quickly in here. It was worth it!

I feel a bit disappointed that the salad selection was terrible. No healthy options. The only tofu option had noodles and the chicken was Caesar salad. Could you make a healthier option?
Also, the Matcha tea was like water When you’re paying big bucks it should be good. Thanks for considering these changes!

Always a great experience here! So clean and organized. I love that they have fresh food options for lunch.

Always fresh food. You can get coffee, breakfast, lunch, dinner, soups, Sushi, salad, burgers, sandwiches and noodles are available. It’s a grocery shop though. I like the meat counter, lots of varieties of meat. Fresh fruit cuts are my favourite. Ample parking space.

I often do my grocery here. It's a little pricey here but fresh. One must watch expiry dates on items. Some staff members are not that much friendly.

Really good prices and friendly staff. Coffee bar is never open though which is a shame. Smells good!

It's nice and clean and they have a variety of products. Their to go sushi is good bang for the buck!

Very expensive but great quality of fresh made food in store and imported goods.

Love the coffee there, but saw flys in the bakery display few times already in this locations and Fleetwood so I prefer pre-packaged pastries.

Clean and organized. I don't do my groceries shopping often at this place because their price is higher. Not all item or product is available here. I like this place because of convenient, staff are friendly and helpful. Recommend this place.

Didn't have canned tonic water, I was there late at night, the did however have some fancy bottle tonic water. Seemed to have a very up scale selection of beverages

There's lots of fresh fruits here and all sorts of other stuff such as meat, chips, water, washroom, and more it's like superstore or Walmart but in a minimized. Only for groceries.

Great location close to my house which is handy for when i need a odd thing or two but it's overpriced unless you can get the item on sale.

Disappointed! Went in for a flyer advertised product mid day on a Sunday and they were sold out but the flyer only started on Friday and runs to Thursday. Asked if there were any in the back and was offered an alternative that was double the price. Definitely a lost leader. Not the first time this has happened either. They have a great atmosphere and quality products but staff is uninterested to help out at all and some shady business practices going on.

Love this little spot! They have the freshest produce and the best grab and go foods if you're in a rush! So glad I have this grocrry store right beside me for all my grocery needs! Don't forget to try their warm cookies! They're are literal heaven!

Love this grocery store. More of a lifestyle place than just a store. Amazing the sheer variety of great quality fresh foods: veg, meat, fish, fruit, plus a great deli & bakery. The friendly service is second to none. Such a hospitable atmosphere, we keep coming back as part of our routine, even though sometimes for some things you might find prices a little cheaper elsewhere.

The grill offers a fantastic veggie burger and the staff is friendly. Sandwiches are terrific too

A "nice" store.but very expensive.
They have a fresh meat counter and bakery.a much smaller selection of items than Safeway.
To me, a big and like any convenience store 'over priced' store.
It tries to be reminiscent of the old Mom and Pops store.

They cook some food right in the store i had the cheesesteak it was really good lots of stuff on it and really good price

Nothing like the store in West Van, I found it limited in grocery and just not a great place. The parking in the area is horrible so we won’t be back at all.

Love the bakery, chocolate avalanches are Nice selection of local groceries, prices are high for certain items but no worse than sonewhere like Safeway. Huge selection of different hot sauces.

Lol I bought a red bean milk tea and the flavour was non-existent. The pearls were hard too, not worth six dollars in the least

Brody in the bakery went above and beyond. He searched for a product that I needed twice. I found a vaiant of it and he fixed me up. Service was so exemplary that I sought out the manager.

I had a horrible experience with this location. Ordered a large sheet cake for my coworker's retirement party and when we cut into the cake.we discovered wax paper throughout the entire cake in between the two sponge cake layers! They actually left the baking sheet in the cake! It was an extremely embarassing discovery during the party and I felt so bad that this was the cake I had brought in.

When I called in to let the bakery know what happened, I was told that I would get a call back from the manager. 3 weeks later, I have still not heard from them and no attempts were made to contact me, no calls, voicemails or emails.

I recommend never buying a cake from here - mistakes happen, but there should at least be some follow up.

My wife and I always shop here as we live nearby and I just stopped by to buy cheese and a few other things. But when I got home, we noticed the best before date on the cheese was yesterday. So I drove back and told them what happened and they didn't seem to care. Not only that, but when I went through their cheeses to find a new one, they had many that were best before up to 1 month ago! They were all past their expiry date! I informed them of this and while they did remove the expired cheese that I pointed out, I did not see them go through it further to ensure they weren't selling expired cheese. Then I had to wait in a long line to return the bad cheese because there was no one at the customer service desk and when I asked someone if they could call someone to assist me, they directed me to the back of the cashiers long line up. Please go through your stock and re-evaulate your customer service protocol. Customers, make sure to double check the expiry before buying, because that was frightening.

It is very expensive and the fruit is not always good quality for the prices. It is nice and tidy though.

Friendly staff and a good selection of everything, good hot food/deli section. A tad pricey on groceries.

Love this Market. I Shop here nearly every day. Prices are a little high for some items, but there are always good deals to be found.

I tried a chicken sandwich and the quality was awful. Selection is quite small too. I buy at whe foods and I'm okay with the premium prices and I feel like that is what they are aiming for at this market but quality and selection is not worth the prices.

Great place. Sadly, it is a little expensive when compared to Sav-On and Safeway. But they have cool stuff you can't get elsewhere such as Beyond Meat!

Not a bad place to pick up fresh baked goods. We especially like their loaves. Other than that, we find their food items a bit over priced. Great place to buy gorgeous flowers though!

100% on of the best places to buy food.ultra clean food is always fresh, at lunch me and my girlfriends come for a sandwich and burgers.i would 100% recommend coming here compared to superstore, save on and walmart.

Bought a fresh sockeye salmon and steelhead man this place supplied a great dinner. Such a great choice of fresh foods.

Good place to shop for groceries lots of great food, fresh produce and awesome bakery. Prices a bit high but still like it.

The staff here are always super nice, vegies are super fresh and the deli, seafood and meat shops are very very helpful.

Nice and clean market place with friendly staff. Expensive but they do have an interesting selection of foods as well as desserts. The cheesecake apparently flies in from New York!

They treat you well until you need to make a return. I was going to replace the incorrect item I bought at their store, but felt humiliated by the manager facilitating my return. I won’t be coming back

Great store.the hot food selection cooked right b4 your eye's. Baked goods you name it top of tue line.sea food the staff. Its banging five star

They had a lot of things to choose from and an amazing bakery. Only lost a star from not having those simple sponge cakes you can eat with strawberries and cream.

The place is always really clean, and the groceries are always fresh. However, I sometimes can't find a certain meat or herb when I come in. Not a huge deal, but does cost a star. All the staff are really friendly and the whole place feels really genuine.

Curry chicken soup, very tasty Lots of specialty items and a good place for lunch, good value for fesh food.

Fresh produce and ingredients, clean looking store. They don't have the cheapest price but it isn't too bad at all!

They have amazing sandwiches inside, I ate here a few times while visiting the area and it is affordable and great.

I really like the Fleetwood location but this one is good too good selection of fresh bakery and deli is awesome cashier was very friendly I do find the produce a bit pricy so I usually avoid buying yo much stuff in that section I didn't go to meat section but fresh st or costco is the only place I buy my meat

Beautiful store with local organic options. Bakery is amazing. Not a rushed vibe. Easy going and friendly vibe. Ample parking

Staff are great & selection is good. Has a bit of a 'Whole Foods' / hipster feel, but overall, it was good.
