A fabulous experience, not just for the polar bears, but to see the edge of the Arctic on Hudson Bay. Highly recommend last 2 weeks of October or the first week of November.

Wonderful trip! Staff on train was top notch and the food and snacks were excellent. When there were delays on the train (scooping) the staff pulled out extra drinks and snacks! Kept everyone happy!

We are so excited about our upcoming trip through the Canadian Rockies and Deanne was a joy to work with. She answered all of our questions and was very thorough when incorporating our wishes as we customized the trip to our liking. Phone calls occured exactly when scheduled, which I greatly appreciated. Fresh Tracks Canada designed our Canadian train trip this January-February.
We picked the Prestige level accommodations on the train. Well worth not having a ladder and an upper bunk, but it was hard to get over/past my husband to get to the bathroom multiple times each night. The afternoon snack, dinner appetizers, and drinks were a nice touch. The crew was outstanding. Loved the reserved seating in the Park Car (observation car).
We also picked the higher level hotel accommodations (Pan Pacific in Vancouver, Fairmont Royal York in Toronto, Fairmont Queen Elizabeth in Montreal). Great locations and easy to get to from the train.
It was especially nice to have pickup and delivery to/from the airports and tours.

We have now taken two trips planned by Fresh Tracks, and have been so SO impressed. They are so professional and responsive to any needs, and the way they send you your itinerary and information is exciting and very easy to follow. They have such a good sense of what makes a great vacation - how much time to allow between stops, where all the best local spots are, etc. The restaurants they recommended were also AMAZING! We can't say enough great things about them!

Our trip to the Yukon was a celebration of our 50th wedding anniversary. It was made extra special by the way Fresh Tracks arranged everything. The purpose of the visit was to see the northern lights, this we saw over two nights, it was amazing. The other highlight of the visit was being pulled on the dog sledge, worth trying out, even at 70 years of age I felt 20 years younger. The staff and guides, who took us out for the activities were very friendly and professional. A holiday we will never forget.

Absolutely love Fresh Tracks Canada. Angie and Kylee were so helpful and wonderful to work with. Our trip was amazing - beautiful scenery, great excursions - Loved the dogsledding. I just got back from my trip from Vancouver to Toronto with stops in Jasper, Banff, and Lake Louise. I can't stop talking about my trip because I had such a fantastic time. Fresh Tracks Canada were great in giving me options and helping me figure what I wanted to do. They were responsive with questions and provided on the -ground contact information, which I never needed because everything went so smoothly. I've already started saving for my next trip.

What an amazing trip! We went coast to coast (Vancouver to Halifax) on a "bucket" list trip. Everything went flawlessly! Our hotel rooms throughout our journey were top notch! Could not have asked for more from the personalized tours and to the private transportation transfers along our journey! Fresh Tracks is the best!
