Come on down and Come on in to Fresh Co. At Fresh Co you can expect a Great selection of vegetables, baked goods, meats and dairy and of course canned goods and dry goods galore. Best thing though for me is the two, long International Foods Isles. Enjoy!

Couldn't find help to find what I went for. When I found the black beans, they were twice the price of no frills!

The staff here are sometimes helpful. Not so friendly anymore. Staff are smoking where the truck loads. So hold your breath as you enter or leave, or you will get a mouthful of smoke.

Best prices around hands down! Their selection isn't great, but what they do have is substantially less expensive than save on foods, or superstore. You just have to time Their sales. When items are on sale, it is usually less than competitor sales

Prices are quite reasonable, they have weekly sales that make it even better.

Very poor service. They have shortage of staff. We were in line for 15 min. It’s not acceptable for a grocery store.
