Bright, friendly service. Well laid out, busy for a reason. No changes, other food stores should take notice.

Thank goodness they are here- downtown, great produce, friendly down to earth staff, cheap and easy parking- what else could you ask for?

This Grocery store has pretty much most of everything that you would need.
Fresh vegetables, etc.

says rainchecks on unavailable items/+% off?

Great little grocery store.it only has the basics. But enough to choose from so you don't spend money on stuff you don't need.
Sometimes parking is an issue, I think people park on the lot and shop elsewhere.
One strange thing is that there are no lights on the cashiers stalls, so it's hard to know who's open and which cashier to go to.
All the staff is pleasant. Good flowers

Store is clean, organized. Shelves are stocked well prices are comparable to other grocery store some of their products are very good deals. Staff needs to smile and acknowledge shoppers more otherwise it is a nice place to shop

Good customer service did you know they have gorilla glue here as well as fluff which is basically marshmallow paste but soo good

So the only good cough medicine is behind locked bars and once the pharmacy closes you can't get buckleys they told my wife to get mucinex because it's not behind bars and they don't have to go find a manager

I have never had anything but good friendly service here. Prices are also competitive. No reason to go anywhere else.

TBH most of the time they are out of stock but this is the only place where you can find a lot of Indian stuff as compared to Walmart or Superstore.

Great staff and great prices. Plenty of free parking. The other customers are courteous which is great!

I shop here because it is one of the cheapest places that I've shoped at in Vernon, and it is very close to where I live,
And they have everything I need in a food store, I gave it a 5 star rating because of the reasons I have written here,
It has good produce and
Fresh meat, and the pharmacy, I usually don't have to wait to long, you should give it a try to find out for yourself, I hope you all have a GD DAY***

If I could give zero stars I would.
I had an employee yelling and cussing at me in the parking lot, unprovoked.
While I was parked in my truck minding my own business waiting for my wife to come back from buying us drinks in freshco.
Today at 1: 20 pm.
Completely unprofessional and rude.

Decent selection, good service, reasonable prices, very much a no frills concept. This is my go to grocery store

Not a bad place, pretty hard to find a spot to park, no hot food or big selection for quick lunches.

I've been to FreshCo a few times, it's very clean and bright inside. The staff are friendly and helpful. The parking lot is big considering it's in downtown Vernon. On the whole, a good experience.

With the exception of the secret shopper older lady with the long grey wavy hair and permanent scowl on her face. She was very rude and ignorant when I went there today to purchase my groceries. If it wasn’t for her I’d give this store a 5 star rating for sure.

Great little grocery store with great staff. They have some really good deals throughout the store, their produce section is beautiful, shelves organized and the store is very clean. I'd recommend going here whether you're on a budget or just want some choices.

Nice bright and clean store, but making customers pack there own groceries is an absolute disgrace! Many of the customers are elderly-absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I really enjoyed shopping there a great variety and for affordable pricing ad far as my experience goes. I'll be recommending to everyone that they will usually find what they are looking for at freshco as well as helpful staff

I'm glad there is a reasonably priced grocery store within walking distance of my home. The young people (and the not as young too!) who work at this location are attentive to customers and the task at hand.
The pharmacists and pharmacy techs at Vernon Freshco are really great and know me by name and will go out of their way to ensure my needs are met.

Started out fine but here we are now a few months in and things have changed.half of my produce was bad with mold and rot.plus nothing was from Canada.nice people but typical big business making money

I love that Freshco has more Filipino food products. I just don't like that the cash register area is too narrow and also taking the shopping cart out of the exit door is a bit of a struggle because either the cart is too big or the door is small.

One of my new favorite spots to grab the essentials. Great prices, always helpful cheery staff who seem to enjoy their job. And if they don't have what im looking for in stock one day, usually within the next day or two its right back. There sales and even regular prices are phenomenal compared to the same product at Superstore even. The only thing I dislike is the parking lot hahah but that doesn't stop me. Even just realized the same vitamins I get at the drugstore or health food store even same brands just cheaper ‍️‍️
