This review is for the pharmacy, WOW. What exceptional service and kind pharmacists. Medicine was ready quick and service was beyond friendly. I regret ever using shoppers drug mart, which is the worst pharmacy around.

Probably one of the least expensive places to get groceries but the selection is somewhat limited.

The services are not at the same standard as Save-On or Safeway but the prices are sharp… best in Chilliwack, I would say.

Visiting from the states, my friend says this place is good for shipping and does price matching no question asked as long a you bring the ad.

Love that it's walking distance from my place. To me it's better than many other grocery stores in town.

This place literally has everything I would ever need! The only con is lack of self checkouts! But other than that it's a great place to shop!

Have gone there a few times when I’m in town. Don’t find there prices competitive anymore
Bought a ridiculous price for five pound russet potatoes for $5. Had to throw every potato out, all green, deep gouges in some of them! Just because I was in a hurry and I didn’t go to my regular decent store to buy my fruit and vegetables. Bought some leafy lettuce and was limp and some of it black.
Not worth driving across town to return them with today’s gas prices.
Just won’t stop in at that terrible store anymore, prices are just ridiculous

Went into FreshCo this morning and it wasn't too busy. The fruit was fresh and was cold so that there is no decipherable problems with any of the product. The prices were Fair and the watermelon that we purchased was exceptional. It had a sweet flavor lots of juiciness and made a lot of people very happy. Preschool also had fresh flowers at the counter and I was very amused to see the magenta frosted Ivory roses which were also had a reasonable price.

Good store, I think I know a secret here, a few gems to be found, like to go here, bit of a rough area but keeps you on your toes, the staf is majority cool.oh and btw I have been followed around by the secret shoppers too good times. Never stolen in my life. But yes they watch me like a hawk.

It's nice they're carts are still free/ at no cost to use for your shopping needs:)

I shop at Freshco probably 2-3 times a week.
Spend roughly $50-$150 each time.
Today I spent $75 and included in my groceries was a box of full sized Halloween chocolate bars I bought for my kids. When I got home and started unpacking my things I noticed the chocolate bar box had a little hole in it and 2 of the 8 bars were missing. I live close so I went right back and explained this to the girl that helped me. She called for her supervisor, instead of just replacing the box he said they would have to "review" the cameras.basically calling me a thief and a liar. Eventually they replaced them, but not before losing a very faithful and frequent customer.
Back to Superstore I go.
Horrendous customer service!

It's good for picking up one or two items toy forgot to get on your big shopping trip but there is not enough selection to make it your weekly shop. It's too bad because prices are decent.

QUIT MANHANDLING MY GROCERIES AT THE CHECKOUT! The minute you scan things onto my bill, consider it mine and paid for and treat it as such FFS! Throwing my items onto the bagging area belt with enough force to make audible thuds, and/or on top of other items with the same kind of force, hard enough to damage sometimes fragile contents, it's just careless and unnecessary and it happens too often. STOP IT! STOP THROWING MY FOOD AROUND!

Also, this place needs to figure out a better way of queueing customers so people aren't jammed up aisles when they get busy. More staff at peak periods would help.

2 stars for having good prices in spite of the above, otherwise getting sick of it. Bring back Safeway service with Freshco prices!

Store not enforcing customers and STAFF mask wearing inside the store even though it clearly says u must wear a mask entering the store. Feel not safe shopping here. I’ll spend my money else where.

Found everything I was looking for and it didn't take too long. Produce very fresh. Covid protocals being followed fairly well.

It doesn't have everything but most items are at a decent price. Produce is surprisingly fresh and a good variety. Staff there are wonderful!:)

I had an amazing shopping experience here. The prices are low everything was there that I needed and I saved tons of money!

Affordable. Staff is friendly. The selection is decent.

Produce is not very good.
The bread isnt the best.
The isles are too close together.
The direction of travel arrows are confusing and redundant.

Decent grocery selection friendly staff. They don't have alot of check outs though so long wait during peak shopping times. They also have no self check outs at all.

Today a fellow was approaching every customer coming out of the store asking for money - I for one feel very uncomfortable with this situation as I feel I should be able to shop without worrying about aggressive druggies approaching me - I called and someone came out right away which impressed me - they approached the guy who they thought and he denied it saying he was waiting for someone - I was able to tell the fella and he dealt with it - next time I will give a description as it was a bit hard to identify - thank you for following up on my phone call - much appreciated

They are easily as expensive as all the other retail stores now which they were not before. Covid is making retailers greedy. We all have been buying and eating during. Surely they can give up a bit of corporate pay.staff was scarce and 1 till open

Just moved to town first time shopping At fresh co and the Blueberries I bought which are in season right now we’re completely mouldy from top to bottom. Disgusting!

I always enjoy shopping at FreshCo. There is so much variety. I love ethnic foods & can find so many of them there. Every department is well stocked with good quality food. Their prices are really good & in this economy we need all the help we can get. The staff is very helpful & cordial. All in all it is a pleasure to shop there.

Meh, Some of the staff is friendly while I witnessed managers speaking openly about thoughts on some employees. Seemed unprofessional. Not too impressed with the freshness of produce. The organization of the isles is confusing. Bad flow throughout the store.

First time there for my wife and I and found the prices compatible with other brands.
We live 40km away and only go to Chilliwack to shop when financial able but always shop for the best deal. On that day the mangoes happen to be at the price that I could treat myself lol. I love mangoes in oatmeal every morning as well my granddaughter. So tonight getting everything ready to cut up my mangoes with giddy. WELL! Now I'm not only disappointed but angry to have what I ended up with. I was looking forward to having them for the next 4/5 breakfasts but instead having to add compost to my soil.
So politely discouraging cause expressing my true thoughts would have me banned from this site! It'll be weeks before we get down that way (IF) lm well to do so.
This is not the only store that I have had the privilege of this happening but it is the first of the last time I let it slide.
Otherwise it's a good store and will go back to for whatever needs.the little bit on the right side of the knife is all I salvaged and I'll share those with my dog since she only gets them when I do lol.

My wife and I greatly enjoy shopping at Freshco. The shopping is quite relaxed compared to an apocalyptic style that the larger grocery stores offer. We are always happy with the quality and the price. The staff is always friendly and relaxed. Good job.

Get the fresh grocaries for super great deal prices.they are the best when it comes to grocaries for sure.its true that they dont have any loyalty programs compared to other super giants in the market.but if you purchase everything for a month from freshco you can save atleast 30 bucks compared to other stores.

Definitely a more reasonably priced grocery store. What this town needs. Prices are comparable to those found at Walmart and often much cheaper. Very friendly and helpful staff. The owner is hands on and also very friendly and personable. I don't mind driving a bit further to come here

I found most of my Halal Food and desi items which i didn't found in all big box groceries stores in Chilliwack as a new resident after month and a half.
This is my request to Manager to advertise the availability of Halal food and desi groceries on websites, facebook and upload pictures on freshco.chiliwack.

Clean, some good prices. However staff don't really seem to care about customers much. Talking amongst themselves, not work related, some less than amazing language.

Great store in a horrible area. I wouldn’t suggest going at night, as you will be bombarded with the 10-15 or so homeless in the parking lot. There didn’t seem to be security either anywhere watching or asking them to leave their parking lot.

They have good prices on many things that I buy. Their sale deals are also really good. They don't have all the products I buy regularly like my dogs food and much of the wet cat foods that I buy. They also don't have a self check out and it's another place where we pay them so we can bag our own groceries. Although unlike how I feel at superstore, I don't feel like I'm just being rushed to get my stuff and get out of the way of the next customer. So that's a Plus but I have never gone in when it was really busy so it might feel different then. Staff have been really friendly so far and I always appreciate that.
