Went there this evening to buy just a few items. It is usually friendly place. Today, clerk at till barely recognized I was there. No hi, goodbye, thank you or have a nice day. Just want a bag and 13.93.

The frozen prime rib burger Patty's (Compliments) are the best. They often have some very good sales and quality produce and meats.

Watch for expired food, they don't. I should know better its not the first time this has happened.

Great pricing when they first opened. I realize that prices have gone up everywhere. I hate shopping at WalMart and Superstore is the worst place for price gouging. I started to buy most of my dairy, cereal, produce and all of my cheese. Shopped mostly the sales, especially loved the Black Diamond cheese 400gm bars for just over $4.00 but now they switched to Armstrong. Hate Armstrong cheese, poor selection and so off to the place I hate more, WalMart because they have Black Diamond. Why would you change what is working so great for your business?

Freshco has a great supply of international foods and super competitive prices. It's my go to for dry goods and frozen foods.

Very depressing atmosphere for the customer and most importantly for the employees. It's like a LARPing group of YouTube's "The Backrooms".

Not so fresh. I came home with some Raspberries only to find the next day most of them were rotten
My fault I guess I didn't check them well enough, I don't usually shop here anyway, the selection to me wasn't that great. Prices ok though.
So not all that bad I miss Safeway.

I love this grocery store. It always has some amazing cheap deals that would be hard to find anywhere. There's lots of ethnic food.

What a way to start thanksgiving morning. Their prices are probably some of the highest ones in town. Never going back? 12 bucks for two pompades? I got 3 for 8 bucks at the other store.

Manager was rude! Called the store before going back for returning and said they will return. Then once I got there, the manager was like you realize I have to throw them? ! Throw them? They told me that they will return as long as it’s frozen. Give me a break. They did return, what’s with the managers attitude?

I spend around 800 on grocery a month and these guys will never get a dime from me. And word of mouth is the king.

The cashier lady was very helpful.

Food price is the same like other major grocery stores in town. Not sure why they say Lowering Food Prices!

Not my favorite grocery store. Produce is decent. Good selection of Asian foods and products. The prices are similar to Save-on. Not much gluten free stuff. The staff are helpful and friendly. FreshCo is just lacking some of my regular items.

I have witnessed the meat department manijor yelling at an employee for being tired first thing in the morning. In canada we have rights to not be yelled at expecially since he never know the young woman's life

I love this place. The prices are excellent and the staff are amazing! They constantly have wicked deals on food items!

Bought rice today, it was full of tiny insects when I opened it. Must mention that staffs were polite and nice.

We tried to support small local businesses like Freshco but I guess it ended today. Spent nearly a thousand dollars every month here for the last four months, today 2 staff members required me a flyer from another shopping center to price match an item and I only had their website for local stores. To be honest, if I could go there to grab a flyer, why would I go all the way back to shop here? Should I not value my time than a few bucks? That's it, another Safeway.

Decent little grocery store. Great prices, but not a lot of selection.

Watch out as I have found multiple hairs in one of my cakes that I purchased there, hopefully they have this issue fixed as the store is aware.

I don't know why I do not shop here more often, but they have some really cool imports that I have not seen in any of the other big stores.

The employees here are quite obviously over worked and their boss clearly doesn't care. He treats his employees without respect. The store has a wide variety of items so it's quite good and cheap.

Used to like shopping there apparently the staff on express can't count I can understand a couple items but a full cart counts as 15 items while the express line is halfway down the aisle and two other cashier's with there tills open for full cart shopping bloody ridiculous and this is the third time. I can understand if there's one cashier but I'm done and if your the manager check your store cams Sunday the 26th if you think it exaggerated.

First time going here and I was impressed. Store is bright and clean. The produce is very fresh.

What a nice shopping experience. Never been in this store before. The store was clean, the Produce was fresh and well displayed. Prices looked better than some stores. Butter was cheaper than Costco's prices which surprised me. Staff very attentive and helpful.

One of the most personal managers I have witnessed give fantastic "pay the ticket price". A staff made a sign mistake and the boss honored it. I was convinced then to pay the appropriate price but the deal was so great I had to let the honoring be honored.
What was it I've been asked? That's between me and the manager and the fired employee.

It’s got just about everything but the kitchen sink…
Prices are a little high for the common items milk cream and bread, but for the most part the quality of fruit, produce, meats and specialty items are reasonable enough for higher prices; the staff and facilities are excellent.

We enjoy the FreshCo shopping experince. It feels simple and straightforward. Great produce, love that they carry lucrene milk and their compliments store brand is sometimes better than the original it's imitating. Love their sales sometimes.

By far one of worst grocery stores I've ever been too! Multiple times I've gone, the staff has been rude to me. The cashiers rude! Don't waste your time at that store trust me!
