Check out line is utterly ridiculous. If your doing a months worth of groceries your order gets thrown thru then the next customer behind you has 4 items. Then their trying to get by while your packing your monthly worth of groceries. Then their items also get mixed in with your groceries
Next thing you dont realize at that moment is someones walking out of the store with grocies that you paid great. GREAT! At the cost of food these days! THIS SYSTEM SUCKS BIG TIME!

Watch the sign positioning and the register price in this place. I have noticed a lot of mispriced items and when I've brought it up they refer to a knee high price sign that lists a similar item for 2 or 3 times the price. I've been fairly disgusted with these practices here.

Nice and clean. Updated Safeway. Much better than the safeway in Quesnel. And don't have either in Prince George. And are cheaper

FreshCo is the most economical grocery store in town, good quality of fresh produce at relatively low prices.

Visited the pharmacy. It's still the small town community drugstore. Always smiling & friendly.

Great prices, and Mike was very helpful in locating me some feta cheese, nice to go shopping where staff say "good morning " I highly recommend this place for grocery shopping. Thank You.

Good prices, Fruit and veggies freshness ok.good selection of meat, bakery, and dairy. Miss Safeway had more selection.

Little far from where I live and quality control isn't as good as the freshco in 100 mile. Smells like there's black mold somewhere been there 5 times and it always smells like it either from the bakery area or produce will not be shopping there until this matter is resolved.

Carries my favorite gluten-free brioche and a good selection of other fun gluten-free treats at a really great price, normally gluten-free is super expensive and here it's way closer to the price of regular things (loaf of gf brioche $4.50 there, $7.99 other places)

Very reasonable. Great prices great people great food.
What is best item to buy at store freshCo?

A converted former Safeway store. A family favourite for 40 years. Fresh new look, amazing prices, great staff.

Since the refresh and rebrand, the store is a pleasant visit. Excellent selection of imported stock.

The place has a variety of Indian vegetables and savories. Thought the place could be better maintained and needed more fresh vegetables. But definitely has lower price ranges for many stuff.

This is a great store to get food from but some cashier's don't want you to help them and other people in line. I will not use the less items line in this store again if I see that cashier is there. I will use any other even if I have to wait or just put want i was going to buy back and leave!

Great selection and prices. Clean store and friendly staff. The availability of Asian items is a delightful surprise!

Like the house plants. Left disappointed though. There was a 750ml chocolate milk that was 1$ off. So 1.68 instead 2.68. That expired the very next day. So I took it to the front with my groceries and offerd the clerk 1$ for it. Unfortunately she is unauthorized to do that. So I guess they can throw it away in an hour when the store closes. I went to Walmart and picked up 1 liter for 1.44. Maybe I just start at Walmart 1st next time. As your store would prefer to throw the food away. And make me drive across town to the other store. Very disappointing.

Still not sure where everything is an the shelfing staff seem a bit put out when you ask for help

It was my first visit to this store. I was impressed with the prices and the different varieties of products. And the young lady on the till was so happy She thought she was in her right mind. I will return

Great prices and their meat section is awesome. They do need to work on produce. But overall I love the store.

Always fairly clean and well merchandised. Stock is normally adequate other than some advertised items that leave large empty spots on the shelf, but that's normal everywhere. The staff is also quite amicable although lately there seems to be a shortage of staff at the tills which leads to a longer wait when you're ready to leave.

This has become one of my favorite go-to stores! Staff are helpful and friendly. Store is stocked well, and is clean and bright with awesome hours being open at 7am daily ahead of all other grocery stores in town. I'm really glad we have one in Williams Lake now, and I come here regularly for weekly purchases. I would say it meets 70% of my overall grocery needs. The flyers always have good deals too.
