Ordered through delivery, missing one of our smoothies, an elixir and the drink and chips from one of our combos! Also found to be missing items requested in one of our bowls and special requests were not honoured! Won’t be visiting or ordering from this location ever again!

Pretty bad to miss this amount of stuff! Couldn’t even reach store, tried multiple times only to be met with a busy signal…

Ordered through Skip the dishes for dinner tonight, my husband got everything he ordered. Me however I was missing 1 water bottle, 1 bag of chips, 1 smoothie, 1 elixir and the mango, cheese and dressing on mine…. Skip won’t give us a refund and calling the restaurant just gives a busy tone. What a huge waste of money! The food I did get was great, but the amount of food missing is huge!

Sesame salad was Good, yummy dressing and falafel as recommended by the wonderful lady working there but a bit expensive and the lettuce wasn't as crispy and fresh as it could be but that's understandable when it's not the most bustling area yet

Ordered the Buddha’s satay bowl with tofu and eggs through Ubereats. They didn’t add tofu or eggs and the carrots visibly look old and not fresh. No crunch to them and they’re looking on the browner side. Disgusting. Second bad experience with them. This location should be shut down.

Ordered three oaxaca bowls through delivery, however all three bowls arrived without any sauce. Staff missed adding the spicy yogurt sauce to the bowls, making them very dry to eat.

I got no customer service from the employee who walked to the back of the store when I entered and never greeted me or asked for my order. The food was good though

I am very disappointed in the service of this restaurant. Today I went to pick up my skip order and the one of the team members was so rude and disrespectful. I waited for 20 mins to get my order but she didn’t give it to me. At last I had to report to skip about her behaviour and cancelled my request order. Never will recommend going there.

I know you guys want to go home early and I respect that but please change the closing time if you cannot offer items because you clean the machines early

Staff should be replaced.
They don’t know how to talk to a customer & answers rudely. We ordered a kid’s quesadilla and she didn’t know how to make it. Even in the burrito she was so confused what all ingredients are to be added. The owner really needs to change the staff. This is my 3rd or 4th visit to this freshii but I am not happy at all.
