Should have read the reviews first.

Feeling very disappointed after paying $15 for an Oaxaca bowl which tuned out to be 7/8 rice.

I've been to lots of Freshii locations and they all vary but this might be the worst yet.

A message to the managers/owners, stop being so stingy! It's no wonder I was the only customer in the 20 minutes I sat there. Nobody wants to feel ripped off. Sure you save a few dollars on ingredients but then you lose all your customers.

I won't be coming back unless the reviews get better.

My salad was so drenched in dressing I could barely eat it. Most of the toppings were plain with no favouring except for the dressing. Would not order it again.

It was my first and last time from ordering from this location. They were out of most things and tried to replace them with cheaper items without telling me. On my second wrap they didn't even add dressing, which meant is was dry and tasteless. They were friendly enough, but the food is definitely not worth the price. I won't be back!

The virtual cashier feels weird. It's definitely awkward ordering your food from someone on a screen, instead of the person standing right in front of you.

****DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE, YOUR ORDER WILL GET MESSED UP AND THEY WONT REFUND YOU****

TLDR: before the long version: they forgot the $9.10 double chicken protein I added to my teriyaki bowl and even though that’s not the “entire” order (the bowl itself was $12.69 so the chicken made up like 42% of the order price who’s counting though!) it’s still totally a messed up order. They also lied about trying to context me about switching the grains in the bowl (quinoa for brown rice) and outright refused to give me a refund or help me in any way. Worse customer service experience of my life.

**Now the long version**

I wanted to order a teriyaki bowl after a long day at work. I saw the picture on DoorDash and it had chicken and I like teriyaki chicken so I ordered. It arrived, turns out the chicken is an add-on so my bowl had to chicken.

I said ok fine I don’t really have lunch plans for tomorrow at work so I’ll order again and select the double chicken protein option and I’ll use the spare second serving of chicken on the first bowl. The second order arrived, and there was no chicken. I checked the receipt this time and I had selected double chicken and was charged for it. They forgot it. I called their store and they claimed in their system it said there was no protein. Not only do I not believe them but they refused to give a refund and offered me zero remedy.

Moreover, to add insult to injury, the second bowl that arrived had quinoa instead of brown rice. This isn’t that big of a deal but what is in which they left a note claiming to have tried to “contact me” about the shortage of brown rice. I received no calls from their store at any point, my only contact was the aforementioned call I made TO them. There was also nothing from my dasher or the DoorDash app saying they tried to call me. So they are just flat out lying and taking my money.

Even if I were to believe them, again the DoorDash receipt clearly showed I added the double protein option for like an additional $9 dollars and I brought this up to them but they claimed the system showed the second order had the same price as the original order. So if they are telling the truth (I don’t believe they are!) THEN STILL THEIR SYSTEM IS BROKEN AND WILL SCREW UP YOUR ORDER AND THEY WONT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. Either they are liars or they have a broken mobile ordering system. Either way they screwed up my order by forgetting the one thing I needed to not make the entire order useless (again not a small little thing, it was a $9.10 add on, $3 less than the cost of the rest of the bowl which was $12.59).

If you managed to reach the end of this I am sorry it is so long but I wanted to accurately give every detail because this has been the worst ever experience I’ve had with mobile food delivery. Stay away from this store.

Fresh, healthy, and quite tasty. I also really appreciate the efforts taken to maintain excellent hygiene, especially in these times.
