Freshii

Ordered fresshi and spent about $92 and they gave our smoothie half full. Called the store and spoke to Sahid who said it was untrue, and that he did a very good job. I understand people make mistakes but to pay $12 for a smoothie, to receive half, and then be condescended by the store manager is unacceptable. Horrible customer service.

They seem to be new location. Much is unprepared at opening. They need to figure this out fast. The screens kept turning off. I hope you can figure it out before it fails.

Thank goodness there is a place I can get healthy, fresh food. Great choices and prices reasonable. My go to fast food restaurant

The person making food handled money, wiped his face and assembled people's salads without ever changing his glove, which was only on one hand he used to touch everything with. I saw this and left. Please be more sanitary

Got a salad bowl from here, when i got here to pick it up today evening, the staff one brown girl and a guy were showing their attitude like i was asking or getting the food for free or they were giving it out their own pocket, i asked the guy that i have pick up order and showed him it from the app, he went back to the counter and checked on my food which was ready on the pickup counter and then he said that the other girl will give it to me and even told the girl that it was my order and then went back stocking up the fridge. The girl then asked me the name i told her three times but she was acting like she couldnt hear it and when she gave the order it was just a bowl and fork on the top of it, no napkins no bag for the order and when asked for the bag she just told me that the bag is on the side of the counter and i can pick it up, i was like isnt it your job to pack the order up and give it to the customer and if thats not case, then next time i can go to the food counter and will make it up by myself. And also there were some missing items in the bowl and even no dressing.

I recently visited Freshii in Georgia, and I was impressed with the excellent service. The staff was friendly, and the food was both delicious and healthy. A great spot for a quick, satisfying meal.

Bought Lunch and They took care of my order right and didn’t let me wait any longer. Everything is simply perfect about this place. Highly suggested.

Took 30 mins to make smoothies and out of ingredient when they just opened. Not gonna come back and don't recommend this place

Been living in Vancouver for three years and for me, this is the best Freshii spot here in downtown. From food quality and customer service, all perfect. My No. 1 go-to-place for workday lunch. Highly recommended!

Broken entry door for months, customers always think it is falling on them. Small portion size for standard portion size prices, long wait.

My fave is Spicy Bufallo Bowl with steak.
They launched a new menu, Greek salad with pita bread - also super good!

Went here in the morning to get a smoothie, then spent 10 minutes deciding to then try to order and them tell me they are out of smoothies with no explanation.

I ordered a smokehouse bowl and half the things were not added to the bowl. Such a disappointing experience and service by the staff.

I'm a regular lunchtime customer. I love the rice bowls and salads, which are always fresh and are a perfect (generous) portion.
