Freshii

I have been coming to this Freshii location for years. It's gone downhill over the last couple of years. The last two times I ordered via the app. Both times when I arrived at the estimated ready for pick up time the employee was at the back of the restaurant and hadn't even noticed that my order had come through. No apologies, just rips the order off the machine and starts to work on it while I'm left waiting. This location has previously left out ingredients that are supposed to be included and when asked about it, they just say they've run out. They should at least advise they have run out and offer an alternative. One employee is really bad and unfortunately I've had to deal with this employee the last two times I've been there.

The lady was busy chatting on the phone with her EarPods the whole time we were there, even when ordering. Smoothies were okay, but bowls were pretty sub par to bad. Worst part is there was zero soap in the bathroom and when I finally got her attention to ask to refill the soap she basically scoffed and said they were out and couldn’t refill it. I asked if she had any hand soap and washed her hands before preparing our food and maybe she could share with us her soap in back. Nope not possible. Gross, there were 5 of us, all needed to use the restroom. It made me not believe that she even had any hand soap in back or why not just give us some. I hope people read the reviews unlike we did before going in. Looks clean on outward appearance but how clean can you be if you don’t even stock hand soap or sanitizer for customers? !?

Terrible experience. Rice was stale, burnt and cold, to the extent that most of the rice was just stuck together in burnt clusters.

We requested sauce on the side - sauce was on the meal. We paid for an extra sauce and still barely got a drop. Everything was dry.

Portion size was half of what I’ve had at Freshii in the past. 3 single halves of cherry tomato in a veggie meal where this is one of the main components? Not good enough.

Called to enquire about the rice situation, the lady who answered the phone simply said “hello” to which I had to then check I was even speaking to Freshhi.

Freshhi is usually an awesome healthy fast food option and this was really disappointing. Hope they can improve.

Worst Freshii ever.
I ordered three times. Every time they mess up something. They should just close it down and start some other business. They are bringing Freshii down. Super disappointed.

Their immune and antioxidant elixir shots are great. You can literally feel the health jumpstart in you slightly when you drink them.

False advertising and they do not accept cash due to "no change".

I went in during their 2-5 smoothie hours as advertised on their sandwich board, and was told the sale is over, but they do not change the signs till they get the new ones.

Not impressed.
