Freshii Brewery District

Usually the regular bowls are fine, but the breakfast ones are brutal. The egg texture was nasty. It came as a watery block and was super crumbly, like tofu. If you break the block apart the eggs turn into a mushy paste. Powdered eggs? I don't know but it was too gross for us so we threw them out, what a waste. Get a regular salad or avoid lol.

Delicious Mediterranean bowl with falafel. Despite coming in less than an hour before close customer service was great.

Ordered yesterday evening for myself, my son, and a friend. My son got food poisoning, threw up, and pooed in his pants. My friend’s stomach has been off since then. I’m fine, but for the price, not okay. What their orders had in common was the chicken. Tried calling them to tell them. No answer. Posting here as it seems the only way to provide feedback. I hope nobody else got sick from orders yesterday. Please keep on top of the freshness of your ingredients.

Ordered a bowl, like I have several times before (delivery). Noted right away that the bag felt light. For a second I thought they forgot the rice.nope just very little of everything. Enough chicken to eat in one bite. Called to see what was going on and they tried to argue withsayong that this was their new measurements. Offered a credit for a future order but if this is what I get for $18 then I won't be ordering again.

Just ordered the steak queso tacos. Terrible! Tacos were soggy, steak is nervy and chewy. $14 down the drain

Disgusting, person who took order never changed gloves. Noodles were over cooked and meat was cold. No flavor to it at all

Very friendly employees and normally I love freshii, but the lettuce they used in my salad was old and it ruined the old taste. You could clearly see the brown and dark green which means throw away. If I’m paying that much, I expect fresh lettuce. Sadly, disappointed

Employee name Joel should be rewarded for his honesty. I forget my wallet at sitting area outside the freshi store. I ordered buddha bowl, it was tasty. But shout put to Joel for returning me my wallet back when he saw it. He took a pain to return me. I worked as a security guard at save on foods. Thanks Joel. You deserve a raise

Don't come here during the lunch rush on a workday. They prioritize mobile ordering, so the place might not look very busy, but there could be 20+ mobile orders ahead of you, which is what happened to me.

I sat there for 30 minutes, watching all these names and orders called for people that weren't there. At one point, there had to be 10-15 orders piled up on the takeout counter. The staff continued to reassure me that my order was coming, but they eventually admitted that they lost it, so they rushed it out. 40 minutes later, I have my food, I walk back to my office and realize they forgot to add chicken, which I had specifically asked and paid for.

This was probably the worst fast food experience I've ever had, and I won't be returning.

NEW management has improved this place immensely! Very clean restraunt with friendly, fast and efficient staff! Reccomend the Buddha Sattay bowl at this location!

Honestly, this is the first bad review I have ever given. I ordered a bowl. The contents of the bowl turned out to be:

1/8 of an avocado
1/4 cup corn
1/4 cup black beans
7 cherry tomatoes
1/2 cup chicken
All on about 1.5-2 cups of rice
And like a 1/4 cup of bbq sauce on top

This Freshii is very clean, fast, and has wonderful decorations and food. They pre-prepare all of their ingredients for each dish, store it on a buffet-style counter with each ingredient in its own dish. When you order, the attendant puts your dish together in front of you. My Mom and I shared their Buddha Satay bowl, which was delicious.

Excellent food, quality, and service! But the price is a bit high to make it a daily office lunch habbit.

Weirdly got a tiny amount of chicken, but a MASSIVE chunk of blue cheese in my bowl. It was tastey, just really weird portions. As with all freshii's, it's good, (somewhat) healthy food, but is over priced.

I made an online order and received a call telling me that they ran out of rice and asked if quinoa was ok. I was already on my way so I wasn't going to turn back.

I arrived at the store and the bowl was not made correctly. This is not something I noticed, but rather another employee pointed it out. I ended up having to wait for my food despite making an online order. However, it wasn't too big of a deal because I wasn't in a huge rush.

The portion was nearly half (no joke) of what I normally get at other locations. On top of that, it did not taste good at all. It may have been because it was quinoa instead of rice, but I doubt it. The Fiery BBQ sauce taste was non-existent despite me asking for extra.

This was easily the worst thing I've ever ate at Freshii, and I've ate at Freshii countless times (mainly the downtown Cordova location).
