Freshii Kelowna Airport

I wouldn't recommend this place at all. Paid over $12 for one salad with chicken. And got 2 tasteless plates of salad wrapped in tin foil to go with no chicken. The girl making did not understand English when I asked her if she put in the chicken so that's why I thought I got 2 plates but she couldn't make out the orders it turns out. Hospital food is better than this overpriced place. 6/02/23 update: . I ordered thru skip the dishes not knowing coming from this location. After waiting almost 1.5hrs I received all stone cold. I don't think BC of skip delay since everything was not even warm but cold from fridge or freezer. My Chipotle burrito has zero sauce despite saying it would come with a yogurt sauce and me asking for extra sauce. That and my pockets fell apart with cold cheese and not the least of any grilling. Total fail. Thanks for adding frozen ingredients with no grilling whatsoever. Never again!

First time being here. Food was so fresh and so clean. Loved it came back the next day. The ladies working were such a delight.

I feel this place is very short staffed, took half hour to get our two meals and two kids pockets. Did not have fruit for smoothies/drinks and the guy working seemed overwhelmed. There was one other person in the store when we ordered too.

30 min wait for 2 soup & pocket combos, 1 wrap and 2 smoothies, while being the only customer in the lobby

They were out of several things, including all greens. From the remaining choices, the dish I got ended up being mostly rice, without much of anything else, and wasn't very interesting to eat.

Disgusting.

I ordered the spicy buffalo bowl on skip the dishes. What came was a bowl of awfulness. They gave me the wrong ingredient, spinach, not romaine lettuce! A pathetic amount of jalapeño pepper, it was practically invisible. I genuinely thought they forgot it at first.

I also ordered a cheese pocket that was not melted. At all. I still see the shredded cheese after I bit into it.

I wish I could get a refund. I can't even finish the bowl. This is awful.

3 of us ordered 3 smokehouse burritos with meat, $45 dollars (taxes in) we got, No sauce, no cheese, no meat! (I could count the peices) my husband actually had 3 bits. The food has zero flavor we were so disappointed and a huge waste of money. Do NOT visit this location- you will overpay for low quality food. We should have just gone to Tims. It was so awful we actually could not finish the burritos. I have visited different Freshiis outside of Kelowna and they were awesome so pls no reflection on the others. This one left us disappointed and hungry.
