Freshslice Pizza

I absolutely love Fresh Slice Pizza on the UBC campus! The pizza is consistently delicious, with a perfect crust and a variety of tasty toppings. The staff is always friendly and provides excellent service. The location is convenient for a quick and satisfying meal on campus. I highly recommend Fresh Slice for anyone craving fantastic pizza!

Terrible management!
Shame on you guyz for putting only one staff when store is super busy. Feel bad for her, although she was working hard but clearly she was so tired.
I have been to other stores as well, all of them have atleast 2 employees during busy hours.
This is not first time that I have seen this, during past visits same thing happened.
Cheers to young Indian girl 'Harpreet' who was working hard even in such a bad weather and busy hours.

I request to management rather than sitting home, look at store and put some efforts to make it better place

One girl working today, 5: 30 pm Thursday 23rd of November is working so hard, so many pizza boxes and lots of multitasking, and taking guest orders, and delivery orders, her job must be so hard, give her a raise, she’s all by herself!

Went to the store and bought 4 pizzas for my family and I. We had special requests each and Lovepreet catered to them perfectly. Very humble human. We were left satisfied and enjoyed the freshly prepared food!

Whenever I used to come to Fresh Slice Pizza store, their working girl Lovepreet always used to welcome me, smile in a very nice way and do the rest even after being alone in the night shift. Order has never been delayed. And the food is very tasty and fresh even with fresh slices, they also take full care of cleanliness. Lovepreet is a very nice and intelligent employee. She always smiles and talks very nicely with her customers.

The staff here are super friendly! I received amazing service, and the pizza was delicious!

Her efficiency and friendly customer service is rare.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. The pizza is a lot worse than on the pictures, ETA is always wrong, and they have false advertising. All the promotions they pretend to have are lies. They will say its buy 1 get 1 free but then refuse to honor that. Stay away.

Sharan is amazing. She had an amazing attitude and went above and beyond to accommodate all needs.

I ordered 6 XL pizzas for delivery last min for my family dinner. The staff prepared them on time and delivered it to my home. I will always order from here!

A great fresh slice to go! Its just the cleaning.too much flies and dirt on the walls this place needs to be hygiene.they are great with cheap amazing pizza come by this one! Def recommend!

I used to come here and the mood of the employees here use to be quite blah. Today I can in and they seemed different. The service was better than usual. They told me they are new owners. They gave me one extra stuff and a 2 for 1 coupon to use next time…

I have been to couple of freshslice locations, but I never ever tasted such an amazing pizza like this before. We requested for a customized pizza on request and he made it amazing. Kudos to the maker (Shera) ️

Cute small very clean tidy fresh pizza place. The gentleman that was working here during 12pm (noon) lunch time was so kind & patient with me.

The staff totally unprofessional, over arrogant who tries to be smart
Make long wait
Even i went there with my friend and saw the behavior of them towards delvry drivers
They aren't working for you
First go and learn some manners
Secondly every guest is important
Thirdly with food your service is also important
You should learn how to behave with smiling face

Worst service ever. Mosquitoes everywhere in store. Will never ever go back there and tell my friends to do so.

Strongly recommend this place for their fabulous customer service, reasonable price, and most importantly the deliciousness in their food items particularly the pizza that they serve with great appreciation and happiness. I would ask the pizza lovers to go and try it I’m confident that you will enjoy every single bite of it.

Great Pizzas at reasonable prices. I'd recommend the butter chicken sauce as a topping. Service was really fast and good. The staff, Chahal, was super friendly and helpful as well:)

I've ordered twice now at this location for a 20 pizza order and it's been last minute. The staff is very accommodating and extremely efficient

This place is amazing especially manager sahil he is a great greeter as he always welcome everyone with a smile, also gives good suggestion about toppings on pizza. If he is on the counter you are definetely gonna get great freshslice or pizza for yourself

The guy with earring doesn’t care about other’s time. He made me wait 30 minutes for a pick up. He’s done it couple of times. Terrible experience

If you’re hungry then don’t order from this place, I ordered a medium sized pizza and it cost about 14CAD when it arrived the size of a single slice turned out to be smaller than the size of my palm, waste of money tbh.

Don't order delivery I guess. They're a decent go to for lunch but I've never had to microwave fresh pics before. Kind of a bummer. I won't order delivery from them again, but tonight it showed up cold.

College Student Pizza: cheap. Undercooked crust. Plain uninteresting sauce. Skimpy toppings. But it was inexpensive.

Don't know what it is but I stumbled across this hidden Fresh Slice location on campus and compared to other locations.its hands down the best location. I meant in terms of taste.it was all good.hot and fresh.so thank you so much.street parking.kids friendly and handicapp accessible.

I love fresh slice pizza and order often. This location is inconsistent. Sometimes it’s AMAZING. Toppings are fresh and the dough is cooked perfectly. At other times, it’s kind of burnt with really uneven toppings and a long-ish oval shape? It’s random. I will order two pizzas the are supposed to be the same, but it’s as if they used entirely different methods to cook them: S That said, when it’s good, it’s really very good for takeout pizza and that’s why I take the chance.

I went to yesterday around 6: 45 for pick up the order I was very uncomfortable to see one employee cause she wasn't wearing a mask properly and she wasn't wearing gloves at all.
Another employee wearing a gloves however she touched the countertop and sauce bottle and everything than touched pizza dough anyway. It looks like they don't even bother to think about hygiene at all.

Their pizzas are the best! Quality is so great and so as the customer service. Will definitely recommend this place.

Wow! This Freshlice has been completely remodeled and looks great. Still wonderful pizza and friendly service.

It's not Uncle Faith, but this Freshslice stands out as a cleaner environment and the pizza is fuller, than their Freshslice counterparts. It gets the job done when I need something quick to eat on the campus.

Must visit the place if you wanna have a great day. Friendly staff. Super tasty pizza. Love the place️

I don't get why people are saying the pizza were amazing.
They apparently never tasted a good pizza.
It's not bad. It's okay.
It's good compared to its' cheap price.

Pizza quality is so good and specially the restaurant was also so clean. One more thing the staff is so friendly. I love to visit the place again and again.

Avneet Kaur is one of the best employees I've ever come across. She handled my skipthedishes order on February 8,2019 at 12.30am, very efficiently, over the phone for a sudden change, and deserves a promotion! Apart from that, the pizza was really, really good.

I ordered pizza for an event and had a whole bunch of complicated requests/questions. The worker here was very nice and helped me through the whole process! That is some really amazing service.
