Freshslice Pizza

Poor service. Uncooperative staff just messsing up with orders. Wait time was more than 40 minutes just for one medium pizza. They don’t even know how to talk with customers (poor customer service).

Great experience, they are very helpful answering questions.i always prefer to eat pizzaa slices because of great offers. Meal we purchased was really good and while waiting for our meal we saw many folks coming by to pickup their orders

Worst service. There was a girl named Harry. She was so rude. First she was serving me cold slice and wasn’t expecting it to be cold. Then when I asked her for fountain drink she provided me 250ml glass which is definitely not what I get from other stores and charged me $1 and said it was non refillable. Than I asked her for garlic sauce she refused to add it on the top saying it is unsafe to do so. Whereas in Joyce station fresh slice do provide everything.

The customer service was very good and the pizza came very fast. I recommend this fresh slice to anyone who wants good pizza. 10/10.

Staff is really rude and unhelpful. We changed the slices we want and the cashier got annoyed with that. I don’t recommend anyone come here

I went to order a pizza and I politely asked the guy working there to use different tongues and he nodded but ended up using the same ones. I asked him at cash again and said sorry if I’m being annoying but I noticed you used the same tongues and he replied “I don’t have time for this so if you want to order do it now” or something along those lines. That’s honestly very disrespectful and I’ll never come here again along with my friends. All I did was request clean tongues that were right beside the dirty one he picked up. Do better if you want good loyal customers.

I ordered a extra large chicken BBQ pizza without bacon, first time they give me a wrong pizza, I returned next time the Indian guy (jazz) he was very rude gave me a raw, uncooked pizza which the chicken was totally raw.

Bad Bad Bad Staff…Extremely Rude and Discourteous Staff. The Pizza was half cooked, smelly, the Coke was flat and when we informed them they said you already sipped so we can’t do much. This is the first time I am posting a negative review in my life just coz the girl at the front spoke to me and my daughter rudely. Try at your own risk ️

Sales associates are always rude! They'd ask what you like then makes a face. This happens everytime. Today the order is simple, "2 each of the classic to make 8", one associate looked at me with one eyebrow raised while the other raised her voice asking me to tell them which one? ! ‍️‍️‍️ was i wrong? ! They'd make you feel you're stupid.i just kept my calm and smiled at them but a smile doesn't seem to work with them. The owner/manager should review how they interact with customers.

Terrible customer service. We asked for cheese slices for our sons 30 minutes before closing and were told they weren't making anymore. We asked to order an entire pizza and were told it would take 15 minutes and we agreed but they refused to make it. After buying food elsewhere I walked by and noticed a whole cheese pizza in the warmer! Rude, dismissive and terrible service.

Quality is good according to the prices. I eat there pizza a lot from different locations. Today, me and my friend went to the Guildford mall location, food was the same as expected but the service was horrible. The cashier was too rude, she didn’t care about us. We end up paying more and She was egoistic… I know her name but I don’t wanna mention here.just change your behaviour my dear

I went there today, I was extremely hungry and decided to have a butter chicken pizza because I love the way that they do it. Unfortunately, the employee there treated me so bad and was extremely rude to me. I was the first customer waiting in the line, she decided to take the customer after me and ignoring me. When I asked her to get 4 slices of butter chicken pizza she said we are about to close and I will not make you another one but in fact there was a full tray of butter chicken and she didn’t want to serve me and preferred to serve the other guy instead of me very very disappointed because of that rude employee.

Honestly I’ve been coming here from almost a year now just to grab pizzas as I work nearby and their customer service was worse all the time but Looked like they changed their staff now the girl (Navdeep) exactly knew how to serve the customers, it’s good you guys are working on your staff, will be coming more often now.

Horrible customer service. LOVELEEN took my order on April 6,2022 at 6: 45 p.m. - 6: 48 p.m. I got very tough looks from her, felt like she never wanted to take order. Served slices were hardly warm. And refuse to sell any sort of drink 5 mins before closing. Behaviour was horrible; Customer service level below standard; worst experience.

We always come here at this location to order Pizza. As always they have the worse customer service. But I don’t mind it as long as they give me the order right. But today I really can’t hold it, the lady that serve me I was so nice to her and she looks so irritated when I correct my order because she did not get it right. And I was still ok with that. But when I asked here an extra plate. She put my change on the plate. And ask her, if she think what she did is clean and sanitary. And she said yes it is clean. Unbelievable please whoever manage this location you better get your employee do there job properly this kind of behaviour is unacceptable!

I order butter chicken & cheese.but They are gave to me from Wamar. I need fresh pizza but they are gave to me very bad one. Very very poor customer service. Evening shift assistant manager very bad. She is the one gave to me.

From the picture you can judge the quality. They hardly put cheese. Unnecessary too much sauce. Olives unbaked. I have repeatedly found the quality is getting worst. Worst taste

Recently ate here and ordered 2 slices from 2 different types of pizza. Both slices were cold and 1 slice was doughy and soft. I watched the girl put them in the oven too and it was only for 10-12 seconds and then she rang me through quickly. I wasn’t in a hurry at all and there wasn’t a line up. I wouldn’t suggest or recommend eating here.

Cheap and convenient. Got the classic combo for $6.36 w/ tax. The pizza isn't horrible. Can't really expect much from food court pizza. What brought the stars down is the Pepsi. A pet peeve of mine.when servers don't wait for the carbon fizz to go down. If you plan on giving that much sell it as a small. You're cheaping out the customer.

Today I went to Freshslice pizza at guilford mall location at 1pm. I ordered 8 slice classic and feast and requested one of staff member to put some ranch drizzle on 4 slices but she refused to do and ask for more money for ranch drizzle. I always go to Newton location but they never charged me. I never recommend to buy pizza from guilford location. It was bad experience.

We ask to change a slice to a newly cook pizza that they put in the front shelf.but, they said its an order and grab the pizza from shelf, put the pizza in a box.but after we left, we saw the guy put the out of the same box and put back in the shelf.what a LIAR!

I was not sure on in-person pickup order. My experience is pretty bad with online order and delivery. Staffs don't communicate on any delays. You will have to call them and follow up if there is a delay. No professional service can be expected with them. This happened to me for more number of times.

Today I ordered and got the Pizza delivered only at 03: 15 PM. They don't really care about customers and business.

The food at this location is zero graded. I order cheese and butter chicken pizza i got half baked and oily loosen pizza. The taste ‍

Ordered from there very often. Good food. They are following safety measures properly. Overall I had a good experience every time.

Ok ok Butter Chicken pizza.too much sour cream. It tasted too much of vinegar. North Vancouver espalande is the best by far. But they are still turning too expensive 24 for 1 and about 40 for 2 with tax. So now shifted to Pizza Hut with so many promotions going on there and great stuff.

Absolutely disgusting service, I been there today they don't know how to deal with the customer such a poor service they should learn how to handle customer service and they don't even sanitize their hand, they were using same hands they takes money from

The staff isn't honest. They lie on the food delivery apps saying that food is ready but in fact the order is still being prepared. They do that to keep their score good and lie to us. I had to wait for 5 mins even after they say it's ready for pick up.

Worst Experience of my life having customer experience from the employee HARJOT and the pizza was tasteless. Not proper pizza sauce and veggies on pizza. We have paid so we were expecting good pizza and good customer service.

Don't even deserve one star. Bad experience, will not prefer anyone, pizza sauce was tasteless, and the girl HARJOT who was serving us was serving with attitude, giving order to another girl. Very bad costumer service by her. I told girl not to put ice in my drink but she put ice I don't know whyyyy?

Came at 10: 30 AM (one of the less busy times) and still had to wait 30+ minutes for carryout. I mean come on.

There are definitely things that can be done for customer satisfaction on late orders.

Great Customer Service by all the employees, they do everything to make it above their standards of meeting every aspect of Customer Service. Keep it up Gagan, Ishant, Puneet and Pawan.you guys rock it!

Of course there's a Freshslice at almost every food court in the big shopping mall, but this one is one of the yummies stores I've tried. Because a lot of people go there, the pizza there is very fresh, and you can see they are always making new ones. BBQ chicken is my favorite!

Ordered 2 slices of butter chicken and waited for almost 15 mins, may be they were making a new one, was not good at all.too much of sauce and very large pieces of chicken.

Fresh slice in Guildford Mall was fantastic! I took my entire grade 6/7 class for lunch. They were organized and super accommodating! They went out of their way to make it an awesome experience for all involved! Thank you very much! I highly recommend going to Freshslice for anything!

Whenever it comes to eat pizza the first place came to my mind is freshslice and especially guilford freshslice beacause the customer service there is too good and everytime i go there they welcome the customers with a smile which is a good quality of customer service

Good pizza. BUT. I don't understand why there is always a separate line of people waiting on the plain cheese. Just make constant cheese pizzas! Like an assembly line. It is clearly the #1 choice for all the families with kids. EVERYONE wants cheese. In a busy mall I understand it is busy and hard to keep up with demand. But every single time I am forced to order a small cheese pizza for my kids at triple the cost (2 or 3 slices vs a whole pizza) and left waiting for up to 30 -40 mins. This is ridiculous! Just make sure there's a constant stream of cheese pizza. It WILL sell. Cheese pizza should be their #1 priority. All other flavours are a distant second. Obviously have them ready too but like I said maintain the cheese ones. My opinion is based on what I've seen time and time again. They sell as soon as they are made with a line up of people having already pre paid for them. So just please make a constant supply.

Had pizza as my dinner today and it was delecious.they were busy did not get personal attention but have good experience not disappointed.

The boy working at the front has amazing customer service, has a smile on Face always.
Its worth going there everytime when you get such gestures along with your order.

I was first in line and finally got the attention of one of the employees who was talking away with their coworkers. After finally flagging one down and getting their attention. I told them I'd like to get 3 slices and a drink. The one girl said yes to it. However, after she turned away continued to talk to her coworker and then the other asked the people behind me what they wanted. I have no idea what caused them to completely ignore me. I will never go back to this location.

They are amazing people. I went there yesterday ordered several pizzas and they gave me their rewards cards which gave me immense points. Their Rewards card program is really great which I recommend to everybody.

This is one of the best franchise I have ever Visited, though always busy but the smile of employees like Ishant make the visit worthwhile.

We ordered one large Vege feast Nd while me Nd my friends started to eat, there was a hair in the pizza baked inside the cheese, So we went back Nd told the person working there her name was Joyti, that there was a hair in the pizza, she asked us did u order, and my friend said ofcourse Nd she didn’t hear it properly so my friend said it a lil louder ofcourse but the employees reply was sooo rude.
She said “can u be calm cuz I just started working”. I mean how can someone be calm if there is hair in their food. Moreover, we were calm otherwise we would’ve said a lot of stuff, I was very very very polite to the employee however she was very rude. I work at the same mall but I’ve never said that to a customer. The food is great but the customer sevice is sooo bad. Nd moreover pickups are supposed to be disscounted Ik this because I’ve ordered it from here before, but this time when my friend went to pick the pizza up one of them was rude Nd didn’t even honour her the discount. I was very upset after this they way Joyti spoke to us was very disappointing.

Great Customer Service at weekends, though they are always very busy. However, they manage to make the experience worthwhile.

Their service is phenomenally quick and curteous! Delicious and savoury pizzas ALL DAY! Definitely a go to for your pizza cravings! Always appreciate the smiles and heart-warming attitude of Harjot, rupinder, & Ishant!
