Freshslice Pizza

Had a disappointing experience using the Freshslice app delivery service, store Owner/Manager stepped in and resolved the issue for me, thanks!

Pizza was delicious. Ordered an XL for takeout with 4 topping and was satisfied for the rest of the evening. Fast and friendly service in a busy area when lots of people come to fish for salmon. Not a lot of parking in the plaza.

This pizza place is our favorite choice for pizza. My whole family loves their pizza and their customer service is always excellent.

This was one of the my favorite places to grab a slice, But had a few problems with the pizzas after ordering a few times.

Won't do delivery over the phone. App wouldn't work after 3 attempts. Refused to do anything to assist me. This is the 4th time I've tried to order a pizza from them and have been let down every single time. I will not be bothering to try again with their poor customer service.

Worst service. They sent me burnt pizzas through skip the dish. When I asked for resolution, skip the dish only offered refund for 1 pizza, while freshslice offered me to pick up 2 pizzas with no pepper quoting that their peppers are soggy today hence it's burnt. Is this not playing with people's health? They have soggy l, unfresh peppers, still they cook it in pizza and have the audacity to sell. I refused both offers of freshslice and skip the dish, decided that I am shunning both these brands from now.

Best pizzas in tow

We have visited plethora of pizza stores but one of our favourite place is fresh slice in garrison. Super fast service, friendly staff, quality of their slices and pizzas are superb
One of the best thing about this fresh slice is cleanliness.

We had a very disturbing incident happen while ordering from this location, my 12 year old daughter and her friend were greeted by one of the fresh slice delivery drivers and was told that they were “ gorgeous “ and made very uncomfortable when they came to the door. My girls were scared, and when I called to speak to the manager instead of trying to rectify the situation he was arguing with me about it.
If you want your young daughters to be objectified then order from here!

The pizza here is good, the staff might need to learn some people skills as their quite often not very personable. Otherwise it's your average Fresh Slice pizza.

I chose a variety of ready to go pizza. Vegetables? None to be seen. Not a single vegetable on any pizza? None had tomato sauce, looks like they’re saving money by using some white sauce that tastes like sweet mayo. Pizza didn’t appear to be cooked all the way through or was just very soggy. No part of the crust had any crispness to it. Taste like soggy bread with greasy cheese and mayo. Basically the worst pizza I’ve ever had. Fresh slice is going cheap on all their ingredients and thinking no one will notice?

This is the absolute worse place on planet earth. Who would want to buy pizza from somewhere that doesn't even pay their employees properly. Not paying someone for their training is illegal and on top of it you guys fired him after he asked about it. Disgusting. Revolting. How would you like it if some went in for a pizza and took a look, picked it up, and said no I'm not gonna pay for this there isn't enough cheese. Like grow up and pay your employees because I guarantee that if you don't your store is getting reported and you guys will be getting looked into.

The last 3 pizzas I've ordered have been disappointing. Floppy, not cooked even when I request well done (should have some crisp), and greasy with no flavor. I could not even eat one piece and threw the entire pizza out. 3 strikes and you're out.

The extra 25min of travel from Garrison to downtown is worth it, go to Red Swan pizza instead.

It is a shame that as a Garrison local there is not a single good pizza place nearby.

As I love eating out I have ever been to many restaurants. I have to say that I love junk food even though this is not the healthiest food in the world. So to check out I went there, the warm welcome overwhelmed me. The behaviour of every person was so charming. The environment is so good to spend time with family as well. I ordered pizza and within short span of time they took it to me. The looking of the pizza was wow. So I tested it immediately. It was mouth-watering. So delicious one. Each and every ingredients inside it was so perfectly cooked, so yammmm. I love their presentations as well. The quality of food is superb so I can't resist myself from giving a review. You can also go "freshslice pizza" to have your own. You will really enjoy it. The quality is as best as to return back there️️️

Excellent pizza, not heavy or oily. Went here with my friend I was visiting as her kids love it.

I walked into there tonight at 9: 00, the guy behind the counter was playing on his phone, I stood there for a good while and he never looked up once. I had enough of his complete absence of awareness and left. I will never go back. That’s the second time they have wasted my time when I’m on a work coffee break. And after reading other reviews, There seems to be a pattern in who gets good service and who doesn’t. (If ya know what I mean). Get bent Fresh Slice!

Update. Idk if this changed ownership but i went yesterday and it was gross awful. The young lady was rude. No smile. Very difficult to communicate with as she was just rude. I asked about the 3 slices and drink and i almost walked out. I'm giving you my $$ and Zero customer service. Awful. Here is how my pizza was and stone cold. Avoid this Fresh slice location. My grandons pizza was a plate of liquid. Disgusting place. Disgusting pizza and awful service.

Horrible, they have always done delivery, but today because the manager was not there they didnt want to come.

Unfortunately, the cheese pizza we bought lacked sufficient flavor by the time we brought it home. Flat, not much zing. Same with the butter chicken pizza. We'll go with Jim's Pizzeria's 4 topping special next time.

Delicious pizza, and always properly made / follow directions correctly. I've tried the other Fresh Slice in the mall and they never follow directions properly, and I find the pizza poorly made when ordering delivery.

Garrison's Fresh Slice is always a nice lunch.

For the price of single serve slices and the taste i think they deserve 5 stars. Great lunch time meal which is quick, easy, priced well.
