Freshslice Pizza

I just bought two pizzas in this location, the two girls at the counter were really really nice! I normally buy pizzas, from different locations, but definitely this one is my fav.

The pizza there is great and I think my experience was made way better by the night shift ladies who were just awesome and amazing. Really sweet people and yeah, good pizza always makes for a good time

They should have more vegetarian options. Apart from the short options for veggie pizza, the place is amazing. Employees are good. Currently they are offering only two vegetarian pizzas, sometimes three with pineapple.

The best thing is their medium pan pizza, made fresh to order.it is buttery, fluffy yet perfectly crispy on the crust without being dry.only way to order.i can't stand the thin crust, as the corn meal on the bottom is annoying, and the slices in their case always are a bit dry and too doughy.pan pizza tho, is perfect North American style pizza.it reminds me of peak pizza hut from childhood.

I went to this store and the cashier lady gave me short change.
She didn’t give me a receipt and even didn’t ask me if I want the pizza to heat up.
She said the pizza was already heated however the pizza wasn’t hot enough so I assume she didn’t heated.

I got money back but hope it won’t happen again other customers. If you pay by cash plz make sure you get the change correctly.
The owner was nice though.

You need good food for your good mood, Try Butter Chicken Pizza.

Good selection even minutes before closing time. Clean and friendly. The pizza tasted fresh and was hot.

In all honesty, more than wonderful in terms of taste, prices and cleanliness, and the staff there are very kind and treat customers with respect. Domino's pizza restaurant is located exactly under my house, but I prefer to get my meal from here

Love the fresh pizza slices or pizza boxes. A lot of variety for non veg. Reasonable rates too.

I went into the Joyce fresh slice location to use the bathroom and understandably, it was customer use only. I asked the employee the price of a water bottle and she gave me unnecessary attitude, saying that she will tell me when I bring it and show her. When I did, she insisted to charge the customer behind me first. Working in a minimum wage customer service job myself, I understand but not to this extent, as the bare minimum should be expected at the very least. I went into the Joyce fresh slice location to use the bathroom and understandably, it was customer use only. For some reason this fresh slice is always better then the other locations. They always have fresh pepperoni (all there slices are always fresh. And the customer service is the best

Awful experience. We always order from other locations but this time we tried here. We ordered 2 xl pizzas and got burnt!

Walked in today for the first time and was ignored by staff. There wasn’t anybody except for 1 lady who was finishing up and about to leave. I took it as staff was just tidying up. But she went behind the counter and ignored me for a few minutes. When i finally had her attention I pointed and asked what kind of pizza was in the stand she said beef and just looked at me. I asked again what the sauce was or what it was called, just said beef with white sauce. So I ordered 2 slices and when she asked what type of drink I wanted I looked around to their fridge and she just slammed a fountain cup in front of me. After, she shoved my order on the counter and turned around, I had to ask several times for a cover, bag or another plate just to have it to go (it was raining). She just rolled her eyes at me and threw the bag on the counter. She was very rude. I truly enjoyed the pizza itself, it tasted good and crust was soft and crunchy at the same time. But I will seriously consider not coming back because of service, it was as if she went out of her way to be rude. I usually don’t take time out of my day to write a review, but this was really bad.

Annette was wonderful and very helpful. The staff in general are lovely and very friendly. The place is always clean and the pizza is great!

Lovely warm and friendly place, have been going there for many years now. Great pizzas with lots of varieties and awesome service.

The pizza is so good and the two ladies are very accommodating. Surely we will be back to this place.

Pretty good pizza. I would recommend to order for a freshly done one instead than the pre cut slices they have ready to go.

What time do you close? 11! So walked in there at 1045 and the shelves were cleaned and wiped down. We asked if we can still get something (it’s 1045) and she very rudely said closed. We said it’s only 1045 and she said just closed rudely. The way the store looked (cleaned and ready she looked ready to leave kind of closed) it wouldn’t have mattered if we walked in at 1030. So mr management…is this standard practice to close the store yet even though the store isn’t officially closed? Do you know your staff does this or do you tell them it is ok? Do you allow know this staff has very poor customer service and communication skills? We did not come in after closing and did it not deserve to be talked to like this. Won’t ever come in here again! Filipino lady has very bad attitude and another staff just standing jacket on, backpack on and playing on her phone.

I like how it's the original recipe and tastes like the original fresh slice pizza like it should and have friendly customer service and lots of space to eat

The staff here is very rude and pathetic…Not at all customer friendly. I took 2 pizzas - 1 veg and 1 non veg and when I came to pick up both pizzas I politely asked her which is veg and non veg and the she angrily opened both boxes and said - can u see veggies that is veggie and showed me chicken pieces on other saying that’s non veg. She is so silly and arrogant. Also, when they have live kitchen and when customer stands the staff gets so annoying saying plz be seated we will call u. Had so bad experience.

Today the pizza was very greasy. The dough very thin. And I did not order thin crust. It was lacking in cheese. And the pepperoni was off like it was a different unpleasant brand
Very dissatisfied. Doubt I will be back.

Was actually shocked when I opened my pizza box, I ordered a 12” thin crust but I got
what looked more like a wonky personal pizza! This would be a 1 star, but the pizza tasted okay, however it definitely wasn’t 12” and there wasn’t any care or attention put into this pizza. Was really disappointed, it was not up to the standard I typically see at Fresh Slice locations. I’m confident I won’t be returning to this one.

The staff that used to work was awesome. Went there today and the pizza was not even warm and the staff does not know anything about customer service. Hope the manager can ask their staff to be more polite and attentive to their customers.

The evening staff was very nice. Helpful and friendly. Food was nice too. Would definitely go there again

Order 4 fresh kinds of pizza. I changed my idea and try to ask if they can change for me. The Staff changed it without complaining.

The customer service was so good, we got the order very fresh and fast. The lobby so clean and I would highly recommend this store.

During COVID, they are running unlimited topping pizza promo! I havent ordered pizzas for the longest time as the few times I did order with Panago, Pizza Hut and some others, the toppings were scarce and crust was mediocre. So I decided to just cut pizza out of my life! But a friend recently treated us to Fresh Slice Pizza's unlimited topping pizza XL and it was fantastic! They didnt skimp! And I love your crust, not too thick or doughy but light and easy to chew. Fantastic deal and quality. I've only ever gotten the pizzas from Joyce location.so cant say about quality for other branches.

Ordered a couple 8 Slice mix pizzas. Topping quality and amount is good. Crust is fresh but a little thin. Ordered online and it was a smooth process without any delay & pizzas remained hot even after a trip home. There is a 20% discount on pick up orders. They are a good choice if you have guests who are vegetarian so you can mix and match. Online system ease, cleanliness, speed, selection, topping quality/taste, & value is 4 star. Crust is 3 star

Good location never crazy busy, fast friendly service, and has the best pizza of any freshslice location I've been to. Let's be honest this isn't the highest quality pizza you can get but this is definitely a good location for what it is.

Best customer service. Staff is very soft spoken and friendly. It was indian girl who took my order last time when i was there. She was so.nice, polite and friendly, keep it up!

It was my third visit to Fresh Slice overall, the other two visit were in Surrey. I would like to say that they are consistently awesome

Pizza came within the time expected. Pizza was warm. However, one them was wrong. I called the pizza place to let them know there was a mistake. Instead of acknowledging the error, the woman at the phone responds rudely and with a tone. I repeated the order to her prior to the delivery to make it clear and avoid any mistake such as this. Obviously she wasn’t listening. I like there pizza but poor customer service. Better buy from another location than here.

Didn't got the discount of 50% on my second pizza. Asked several times to cashier but he mentioned there is no discount.

Got an email from owner, so uploaded the discount coupon!

Today got response from the manager

Had a few slices. They matched up to my expectations. Would have added another star if they were more transparent about the oils used to prepare the pizza.

I ordered delivery last night, good costumer service, the pizza is good and more toppings, excellent pizza i ever had, unlike some other freshslice this is the best one i ever had.

Worst experience I ever had at any of the fresh slice pizza locations. What happened is that I order pizza from skip the dishes! I got the whole sloppy pizza which wasn’t even cut. So when I called the store about my complain, the lady (told me her name is Atte) asked me to use my own knife or pizza cutter. She was very rude and then she hand over the phone to a guy who did the same. On asking about the store manager, I was told that he (Shawn) is away for 2-3 weeks. And he told me to call after 2 weeks, because they said they have a line up and cannot deal with me right now and he said he is going to hang up on my face and he did eventually. He didn’t even give me the name of operational manager. I am really upset by the rude attitude of the employees working at the location. Real bad customer service!

They’re got my order at 6.12 pm. At 7.45 pm I got my order at home. They’re mess up my address- I was customer long time. Pizza was cold, this isn’t good service.

Staff rude didn't warm our pizza up didn't even say thank you or greet us need to learn customer service skills no need for attitude at cash register the lady shouldn't work there if she can't treat customers right!

Freshslice is definitely my favourite. They make a different type of dough which not that bad for health and also they use skimmed mozzarella cheese. So, if you’re really health conscious but love pizza then definitely try this out. The one things about the freshslice on joyce street is that they don’t charge money for ranch. I don’t know about other stores but the one on fraser street, Vancouver they really don’t give you for free instead you have to buy it. So yes that’s a plus point that is store gives free ranch.

Second time, still just as bad as the first. Plus the cashier shorted me change and tipped out of the register. The pizza is not that good. Super Great across the street is much tastier and a better deal.

Fresh slice pizza is pretty good. In a way it is nice that not all their pizzas have tomato-based sauces and I do like their multi grain crusts. I personally don't go for the creamy sauce pizzas but my daughter likes them. Over the years, I find that they are using less ingredients than they were in the pizzas they made originally, and pizzas that have the same ammount as the originals are now considered specialty or premium pizzas which cost more. That is just going the way of all other big-name pizza makers out there. Less for more. Still, I think they have 'healthier' options than other pizza shops out there.
