As for the restaurant here, it looks the most convenient and clean. There is a place to sit and eat as well. The price is not strong enough to make you full and satisfied.

This place is my favourite pizza place.they are always consistent, food always tastes amazing, and they are so reliable with being open 24/7.

Excellent pizza. Lovely lady who served me too. Slightly sketchy little location but the food here is the main event. Good value too.

Soft, floppy pizza with sauce that is too sweet. Chicken wings completely devoid of any crispiness. Cheesy bread where 3 of the 8 slices have 80% of the cheese. Not bad, not great.

I have gone back and quality was better. Up to 3 star.

I have ordered a customized pizza online, in which I wanted chicken pizza (I specifically added grilled chicken breast as one of my toppings), and there was not even one piece of chicken in it. I'm very disappointed with Freshslice Pizza, and I have just wasted my money on online delivery via UberEats. I have also added black olives and Jalapeno, which were also not there, not even one piece). Why did I waste my $19.23 on this pizza, as I have ordered two pizzas which are in offer buy one get one? Is that the reason why I got such a service?

Got stranded in Vancouver thanks to a storm. Happened across this little pizza pizza place for a late night bite and wow, I never thought butter chicken pizza could taste that amazing. Owners appear to be a sweet and kind family. The place is clean with ample seating for a small pizza shop. This place is unbelievable value for money, considering post-pandemic and their pricing structure. Really shows that the owners pride themselves in running this place and they care about their customers. Wish local business much, much more success in the future.

It’s my first time trying this location. The pizza is just amazing. I think it’s the people that make a difference. Thank you Sohag. We loved your pizza and service. We are definitely coming back.

Most of all there halloween decoration was dammn cool too!

I visited the store last night. As i really crave for pizzas at night times and i was amazed with such a good and fresh pizza slices!

Pepperoni ones, i really loved it and the store environment was neat and clean. Even the girl with the specs there explained me the deals in such a pleasant and friendly manner.

I end up with 2 slices combo….

I ordered a XL large (4 toppings w/ 2 dips, beef, green peppers, pineapples, mushrooms) tonight. There was barely any beef on the pizza (some slices had none), and I got no dips. It's disappointing as I came from Richmond, usually I go to the Fresh Slice on SW Marine and have not had any issues at that location. In fairness, I spoke to Nav who said she would make it up to me on my next order, but I will leave this 3-star review up until my next order there. We all have bad days, so I'm guessing that is what it was. I have ordered 1 other time at this location, without issue.

Found hair in my pizza. When I called in the store they said they would offer a free pizza for next time. But when I went the next time they said they never committed that to me.

In the past the staff has been really friendly but the last time I went there this woman was terrible to deal with. She was so rude, didn't greet us and made us feel like an inconvenience and dropped my friends veggie pizza slices on the floor and told her she can chose from the meat pizza slices and when she told her she was vegetarian she didn't offer to remake it. And in the past I've tried to use my BCAA card for a deal and showed the deal from my app and she said that location didn't take part. I would avoid this location at all costs.

Karman is amazing, and always remembers my order. She’s so pleasant, and great to deal with. She makes this 10 times better to come to. I will only come if she is working. I will not go to any other fresh slice. Great pizza, and great service!

Was good but they lowered their quality and increased their prices. Many other better tasting options out there

Got my pizza delivered twice and never received my dips, called the store this time and this guy is telling me to come and pick it up then I will get those dips for free even though I “already” paid for them LOL and all of the sudden the guy says “brother I lost my grandmother today”. Is he trying to make me speechless or what? I wonder if he is the owner. Unbelievable. Never Never gonna order here again.
