The service is very good every time I come to eat there the pizza is fresh amazing staff and owner I recommend this place a lot very yummy and tasty!

Horrible service. Disgusting behaviour from the girl working at the front. I asked for a fresh slice and she tried to give me all older slices instead of a slice from a fresh batch. Then I asked for a box I was willing to pay for and she spoke to me very rudely and made faces. I won’t be coming back here again.

I loved to be the regular customer of the fresh slice, they are so good and there customer service is awesome, especially the girl navjot, she is too good and has a friendly nature.

Hii, i love this place.i always keep on visiting here to eat my favourite pizza and the service is very good. Most important a quality that i found the worker have patience and they have a great experience how to take a customer and make a pizza very tasty.

I ordered a cheese pizza and expected to get a pizza with tomato and cheese and I got a garlic thing with cheese things. I was disappointed ️

Pizza was cold after waiting an hour, the cheesy bread was tiny and cardboard like in taste. 2 mediums a half sized cheesy bread and two cans of pop for $40 plus delivery. Don’t bother people it’s a waste of money.

Dude, I looked forever for a place that would take payment over the phone so I could order my buddy a birthday dinner from the other side of the USA. These guys killed it! Even did a heart shaped pizza!

I went here too many times with my family. I really really enjoy their food especially cheese pizza, I can’t stop my self to go to fresh slice. I definitely recommended to all to go there and enjoy fresh food. As well as the staff is very nice, specially manpreet kaur.

Got to be careful with this people.

The manager here is always super nice and will chat with me for a minute while I’m on my break. He remembers me and asks how things are. The rest of the staff is also very friendly and polite.

We placed a very large order last minute! They were very friendly and helpful on the phone! The order was ready right on time and the food was hot and fresh! Loved it so much, we are placing another order! This will be our go to pizza place!

Today I went at store. I gave an order for medium veg.fest pizza and a girl working over there Harman she took my order and started making a pizza. I really liked her style of preparing pizza with full cleanliness. She gave a great customer service to me. And she gives a beautiful smile to everyone. I would really appreciate the work done by her. I would like to say good luck for job to that girl.

Gone there several times and complained about the pop machine. You get just foam, by the time you finally get the liquid your pizza is cold. I love the pizza but I’m done now. No more.

One of the best place to go in the staff is super friendly nd good quick service harman is one of the best polite nd well mannered employee. She is an great asset for the employer keep your good work up harman doing great job ️️️️

I don't know what it is with this location, but the pizza always sucks. I love fresh slice but after ordering here twice I will not return. They are very clearly skimping on the sauce and toppings compared to other locations.

Always the best fresh pizza. Other locations do not compare. Fast friendly service. Usually lots of choices. Good deal on the run.

I live in downtown and 3 min away from this place. 2 medium pizza. Very cold. I called them they keep asking and pronouncing my name incorrectly even after spelling it multiple times (I’m talking about a name with 3 letters) they didn’t believe me when I told them it’s cold! He said no it’s not and, you better go call the delivery company! Wow! Such a great customer service won’t order from this place anymore. It’s not my responsibility to follow up with your delivery company. It is your job to do that of course and, the fact that you don’t know that is questionable. I should have warm it up and so annoyed by them. The minimum expectation was an apology and another delivery which didn’t happen. From the picture you can tell how cold it is!

The owner Parm has made this store the absolute best! I always get wonderful customer service, the store is always clean, and the food is fantastic! Could not ask for a better pizza place in the mall! Thank you Parm and all the employees at Fresh Slice for always providing the best in your field!
