I had food poisoning while eating their pizza. The workers are very dirty and unhygienic. Stay away at all cost.

The pizza was really good! I'm on a mission to get into better shape so finding alternatives to my favorite foods has been a little difficult. I love pizza and with this being a more healthy option, I don't have to forfeit one of my all time favorite foods! Also the managers are so kind and fun to talk too! I always spend a few minutes chitchating before leaving! I highly recommend if you want a healthier option! Thanks guys!

My husband took my son into this establishment to use the washroom and the manager rudely accosted him after our son used the washroom. Very disappointed and will never waste a single dollar at this piece of **** place!

These guys are really fast positive and reliable. I rarely found such a positive environment in a pizza take away like this. Pizzas are great and worth the money! Lukas

Bad behaviour of staff. They are very rude with customer. They don't let me use rest room. Next time i will never visit this place

Stopped by today to grab slices to go. I have to say I was thoroughly impressed. Not greasy, was hot and fresh. Great flavours and choice available. Will definitely be back.

I love how this is a family run establishment. I've been to a few fresh slices, however this one is the best by far. Manpreet and Bhupinder will take care of you for sure and you can tell that they really care about customer service.

The boss man blessed up with drinks. Helped us out with the pizza and helped us order. He also hooked us up with a nice deal and greeted us well. Bigs ups to boss man

The place to be for quick and delicious pizzas. Family like atmosphere and very personalized service. Their all Canadian and Hawaiian are to die for.

They accepted the delivery. 30 minutes later I called and asked about the order and they said it was too far away and they were upset about it. An hour and 30 minutes later I still don't have my pizza.

Great price and decent pizza. Staff members friendly. 10/10 would buy again. In fact I just ordered, cya soon.

Ordered from home online at 4: 30. Pick up at 4: 55. Showed up and they hadn’t even started it yet. Had to wait in my car in 34 degree weather for 25 minutes while they made my order. So annoyed! Almost gave up and went somewhere else.

Walked in and was greeted by a very happy employee and was served very good pizza. Will 100% comeback.

I walled in and ordered not knowing that there is currently an issue with red onions coming from the states, and was told by the staff that there that they had replaced the red onions with yellow and done in a professional manner that i will definitely come back and recommend this restaurant.

I order here last month and was very pleased with both the quality of the food and price. 2nd time not so lucky. Pizza was very poor quality. Very little cheese and not many toppings. Very disappointed after having such a positive experience the first time

After giving me the wrong oder they were only rude and unhelpful over the phone I could hear them talking about me in the background. They gave me a pizza I couldn't even eat.

Needed a quick bite. Pizza slices were tasty and very friendly service. No dried up under the rack which was nice. When im in the area will be stopping of here again.

Great family run business with great customer service! I have never been much of a Fresh Slice fan but this location is amazing! Anytime I order this I am never left feeling overly full or feeling gross after eating half a pizza. They have a great whole wheat crust which is light and healthier and tastes great!

Love the pizza and quality.customer service not so much.called to place a delivery order and was advised the delivery driver said its not worth it for him to come out to deliver the order, i live less than 8 kms away, i think they didnt get the memo on good customer service could hear the delivery driver literally say just tell them to cancel the order we cant go so far and the icing on the cake to this situation told them i will pay delivery charges amd they said delivery charges will be $10. So unprofessional and such cheap behaviour.then when i agreed to pay the delivery charge they call 25 mins later and say conveniently they have a flat tire and cannot deliver the order either to wait 1 hour or cancel it.unbelievably the worst customer service I have come across.was a regular fresh slice customer not anymore at this location. HIGHLY HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR DELIVERY.

This is my favorite location for fresh slice. The workers are very friendly. I have come here almost every day for lunch this past month and would recommend this location for people wanting pizza.

Tried it out once and the BBQ chicken pizza had less flavor than the box it came in. Gave it a try a second time and it was the same. Get better quality from a store brand frozen pizza.

Great prices. Awesome helpful staff. Good tasting food. Fast service too. We ordered the Garlic cheese pizza which is really tasty and not too greasy. We also decided to order the chicken wings. Barbecue is great but the hot sauce is pretty standard i.e. Oversalted and rather tasteless except for the heat.
Very casual but pretty clean.

They make really good food with an specially good seasoning, it went over my expectations: it was a end of night option and I'm not so fan of pizza at all. On top of that, they handed our order out to someone that had left store just minutes vbefore we showed up to pick it up! But they nailed it: it was delicious and they gave us extra stuff for their mistake, their cheese sticks, so delicious as the pizza itself and we had food two meals! I would go back and recommend it.
