FRESHSLICE PIZZA

I have had the best experience with ordering pizza yet.

The owner was incredible, very friendly and generous.

The pizzas arrived fresh when delivered and they were loaded with toppings ex. The beef pizzas had lots of extra beef on them. The guests really enjoyed the pizzas and noticed the freshness. (this was a big order for a kids party).

will definitely recommend this place. The staff as well were very friendly and patient while I was ordering on the phone.

We ordered on the app to pick up in the store, because we had a coupon. We payed in the store, but the coupons weren’t subtracted from the amount we payed in store. We went back and talked to the employees, and together we saw that in fact they hadn’t given us the reward, so they did. They also apologized many times.

We are eye doctors 'office and the doctor ordered pizza for all the staff from this store inside Lansdowne Mall over the phone. The manager Mr. Bilal was so friendly and patient introducing what they have on menu. The pizza we selected, Italian Feast and Pesto Feast, were so delicious and we will definitely order pizza from this store again in the future.

Had the mixed feast. Good price for 8 pieces. Quick and friendly service. Decent amount of toppings. Fairly tasty crust. The basic ham and cheese was probably my favourite of the bunch. Not the best pizza ever, but pretty good overall.

I had the pleasure of being served by Manveer! Meat lover pie was great, and thanks for the free coffee.check out their new caffeine machine ;)

The shop cashier is so picky, they treat their customers like kids, not at all friendly, very rude, disrespectful,

I went to fresh slice pizza near 12pm today.there was big lineup but two girls serving very patiently.i like the service.

This was my first time in Vancouver BC, and I had an excellent experience with most of the places I visited. As a tourist we did not have enough time for a sit down meal. Coming from ontratio, I was looking for known names but came across this store of freshslice in the mall. We ordered two slices and as the pizza was being made, the girls started to talk about how I looked like a tourist and if I was enjoying my trip. Very sweet of them to talk and cook at the same time, we did not realize how time went and they served us hot slices. Delicious! From first bite to the last! Loved it and got another packed for the midnight snack. I went back to the same location, two more times and each time, excellent service and the product. I also met the young couple who owns the store, found them genuine and hard working. Loved my trip and definitely loved the pizza!

Bad service, cold pizza that they reluctantly warmed up, arguing that it will get too dry. It was cold even after warming it up

I visited yesterday at this pizza store and asked for cheese pesto pizza from the employee as it was not there in the warmer, the staff was so nice that she said she'll make me in 5 minutes and she did that. Pizza was so delicious.

Phoned in order to be ready at 1045 When I arrived was told they would start cooking it now soooooo an extra 30 minutes

Yesterday I visited at freshslice lansdowne mall I really enjoyed their service, the staff is very attentive and worried about their customers There was big line up but she is serving every customer with patience and quickly. Pizza was very tasty and i love the crust of freshslice as well as i had very gud time. I will definitely come soon.

Yesterday, we had the best time at dinner that i think I have ever had! Our server was adorable and full of personality plus. She was attentive, entertaining and knowledgeable. She is a huge asset to the Freshslice. Moreover, the pizza was awesome. We will definitely be back soon!

As a food court, I don’t expect any service, somehow these two staffs’ manner are really bad, rude and disrespectful. I bought 8 slices of pizzas, and request three paper bags to separate, somehow, they asks 10 cents each with rude manners. I agreed to pay money for extra bags, but don’t expect their rude and disrespectful. I bought the pizza on May 23rd, 2019 around 11: 45. Will not come again for sure.

This is first time I try fresh slice pizza. I didn’t get great experience. Pizza wAs cold. The girls was too busy talking to each other instead helping customer. I don’t think I will come again.
