I ordered veggie 2 slice combo.it was very tasty and the staff was really good to communicate

Panav was amazing in terms of speed, customer service and quality of the food. He also cracks jokes and makes the whole vibe amazing. Big ups, I think this store wouldn’t be as good as I rated it without Panav. Food was great, service was great, and store was clean. 10/10 highly recommend!

Very bad service.girl on front don't know how to treat customers.when a customer enter she starts to make face.and don't know how to take order.no manners at all

Very unprofessional service.i called them and ordered a large butter chicken pizza, which they said would be ready in 30 minutes.i waited there for 30 mins and when i asked for my pizza the guy had not even started to make a pizza, they were so care less they don’t even care if someone orders on phone. Wasted 30 mins. Never ever coming back to this store they don’t care other person’s time. Never going to suggest this place, it’s total waste of time, people working in there don’t care about anything, they are just talking and laughing.

We took 3 Extra large pizzas. Butter chicken, bbq chicken and veggie. The chicken pizza was good, but the veggie was horrible. It tasted like it had been sitting there for days. Our guests were vegetarian and didn’t enjoy the veggie pizza at all. So they were left with nothing to eat. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Got the unlimited topping medium thin crust pizza deal for $10. It was good, but I prefer a thicker crust.

Never on time. Tell you to come in 15 min you sit there for another 15. Waste of time. Find another fresh slice.

I had ordered an unlimited veggie pizza but they delivered me a cheese pizza with no toppings at all. And when I called then they said me to wait and after that cut my call. Such a bad experience, never going to order again.

Order a pizza from them on my very fast friend recommendation as she told me this location pizza are fab but this isn't the case at all I would rather say had the worst stale pizza of my life and my tummy got this bad that I might not eat freshslice ever now A suggestion please fix your quality chicken and veggies were old stock 100% Hope she recommended me something worth it anyways please feed your customer right things request. So so disappointing

I randomly went at this store to try some new pizza. Probably I ordered the slices and one pop. The pizza slices were fresh and tasted amazing. The staff here is very humble and soft and the service is also good. I would definitely come over here again.

I ordered take out via uber, the food was stale and cold. I have always had bad experiences at this location.

110% will never be going here again, this is the worst run location of Fresh Slice in the Lower Maninland. Their food is not to the Fresh Slice quality standards. Have had the same $9.99 pizza at other Fresh Slice locations and it was much better. Can't believe the low quality standards and they are still in business!

The dough wasn't the micro thin I asked for and they missed on three toppings: Red Peppers, Grape Tomatoes, and Spinach. It would have been better to drive to another location cause you'll only be disappointed here. They will probably never improve, don't see it happening unless theres a new owner and management. Very poorly Indian run operation, naturally the owner doesn't care looking at all the bad reviews.

The Fresh Slice head office should send random testers to this location to see if the quality measures up or take further action.

I am NOT HAPPY because they try to make money when someone canceled order on Uber Eats then they have only excuse to not refund Money back. I don't like their service even their order.

Food is good. But did not accept there own promotion. I have a coupon of 2 for 1 deal but they didn't accept it. Although other franchises accept it.

Today I ordered 3 topping pizza online. When I reached at the restaurant, one of the employee said she didn’t receive any order. After that she checked in the system and she finally found it. Then she had a confusion about the payment. As asking for the refund, she said the system was changed so she have to double check. Finally she said she will make my order within 10min. After 10min I got this and I paid $15 for this. Seriously?

Very low quality, we ordered veg pizza with 4 toppings and just got cheese pizza with some toppings. Called for complain and staff said called back tomorrow to manager rode and inexperienced staff.

I place an online order for delivery at 4: 44 pm and paid by credit card. At 4: 48 pm I got a phone call to let me know they have no delivery driver until 6: 15 or 6: 30 pm so I wouldn't get my pizza until at least 7 pm. I was not okay with that (kids are hungry!) and told them I wanted a refund so I could go elsewhere.

They told me only the manager can give refunds, I say great, let me talk to the manager. Sorry, she's not in until 8 pm, but we will make sure she refunds it at 8 pm. Yeah right. Then he proceeds to tell me I'm too far away for delivery anyway, yet I had ordered delivery numerous times prior with no issues (other than the pizza being an hour later than stated and cold).
Rather than never get my money back (I've read the reviews and know how that goes!) I told them to proceed with the order. I would begrudgingly wait until 7 pm.
7 pm rolls around, no pizza. I call and get told he'll be here in 2 to 3 mins. At 7: 17 I call again, am told the same story.
Called two more times, at 7: 31 and 7: 48. Both times they said he'll be there any minute. Long story short, it showed up after 8 pm. COLD. And the real kicker, one of the pizzas was wrong.
As stated earlier, this is not the first time they've been late with cold pizza, but being forced into a choice of waiting over 3 hours for a pizza or most likely losing the $50 bucks they were holding hostage is a new low.
On the upside, the delivery driver was nice! No explanation for why he took so long though

The store was very clean and the staff was super friendly. Pizza was also fresh and very good.

Ordered my pizza, half cheese and half vege. By the time I arrived in 10 minutes, the pizza was ready to go. Excellent service

Ordered butter chicken sauce on the pizza got barbecue sauce instead. Missing half of the toppings.
