Fresh slice (64th and scott road location).
The owner is a friendly person who cares about building lasting customers rather than money!
We had a school event and the owner himself delivered the pizzas on time, the pizza was fresh!
Definitely our goto pizza location for all our needs.

Awesome customer service!
I ordered a deal 2 weeks ago and door dash messed it up for me so I called freshslice to refund me. They tried but it didn't work so after 10 days when I called back Gaurav (manager) personally made sure that I get the pizza this time. He personally came to drop it at my house and I am so happy that the customer service is above and beyond from them. Best of luck Gaurav, you are doing a great job!

Ordered for pickup. They said it would be 10min. Showed up 15min later knowing restaurants often exaggerate wait times on the short end. Still hadn’t started making the pizza. Place was completely empty. Guy was friendly and told me, “No problem, ready in 2min” - proceeded to wait another 10min while they made it. I’m fine to wait 45min for pizza as long as that’s the expectation and I can plan around it. Sitting and waiting while making my friends late for their appointment wasn’t ideal.
Definitely willing to amend the review if I have a different experience.

Undercooked pizza, terrible service, worst run fresh slice in Surrey. Save yourself the money and go to any other pizza place

Extremely kind gentlemen. Came into the store with a coupon; however, due to a technicality unbeknownst to us - it was seemingly invalid. As we were about leave pizza less, Gaurav went out of his way to rectify the situation to us - leaving us with smiles 10/10

Very disappointed with their low quantity of toppings. I ordered twice veggie feast and same pizza again (with zero improvement of toppings) even after I mentioned them that you need to add enough toppings and cheese for good quality of pizza. I was new client to them. Not gng back anymore to this location.

I’ve recently moved into the area and have been trying pizza places nearby.
Fresh slice is usually my favourite but this location ruins the brand. My pizza was not cooked properly and the customer service was TERRIBLE when the issue was raised.
Do yourself a favour and go to any other location.

We had a great lunch at freshslice pizza. Today was the opening day of the outlet. The manager gave us a 20% discount, a couple of coke cans, and some ranch. Kudos to the team. All the best for your new venture.
