The staff is very helpful in handling vegetarian pizza well and they keep it separate from the non-veg. It's been always nice and clean place. Thanks for the great pizzas.

We ordered butter chicken pizza and kirandeep helped us a lot with a warm greeting and her service is exceptional. She always had a smile on her face and made sure we are comfortable while ordering. She even told us about the offers going online. Overall it was a good experience ordering from this store.

Always came to this place while coming back from my work during night. There are girls kirandeep and amandeep, they are very friendly and make delicious pizza always. Always ready to modify pizza by your choice. So happy with their service and pizza they make.

The attention to the costumer was great, and also the service, the ingredients are ok, I bought a medium size pizza for 12 CAD, and you can add all the ingredients that you want, this was enough for two adults. You can eat there or take it to go, they have some tables outside and inside they have some chairs also, the pizza cooks in 4 minutes, so it's a cheap and fast way to grab something to eat. The place looks clean and organized, the taste of the pizza it's not the greatest, but hey, it's a 12 CAD pizza, so it's just a quick bite for the road

Served by a girl named Kiran, received terrible customer service from her if you don’t like to work than quit the job instead of glaring at people. Few times I went there every time she looks pissed nobody’s forcing you to work be nice to people.

Would not recommend if you're not east Indian, or at least brown skinned. They rush my pizza through the heater and try to give me the oldest slices every time I go there. But if I send my east Indian buddy in to order for me he gets hot, fresh slices.

I have huge respect for the service industry, but this location seems to have very little respect for customers of a certain pigment.

My experience with fresh slice pizza was pretty disappointed because I found a hair in the pizza.

I bought pizza from here, firstly taste of the pizza was too worst secondly staff was too much irritated they dont know how treat with customers and how react front of them.

Today I ordered thin crust pizza order 8256 the few issues I had were:
-Pizza base wasn’t thin crust
- Veggies were not evenly spread, excessive on one slice and no veggies on the others
Disappointing by the casual approach

One of the very nice Fresh slice branches we’ve found in Surrey. Special thank Goes to the nice girl named “Gurveen”.
We saw that she is very tired, but still she is serving clients with a very nice smile and she is not forgetting to make happy each kid visiting to the place.
Bhumika, Kulwinder and the other girl who were supporting her at the store also was very quick and nice to the customers.
High five to the service team in this branch.

I got really best pizza from this location. There was a person name shubh he is so nice person.
He made best pizzaa and the service was really good

The staff is welcoming and courteous at this location. I had an issue with the mobile application order but the staff gurveen was sweet enough to step out and help me place the order and saved time. The pizza was as usual good.

I had very bad experience at this freshslice store. The night staff was very rude. Although their food was good but their service was very bad. It was very awful experience. They don’t use proper hygienic methods and one girl was grabbing the cheese without gloves.
