Freshslice Pizza

Me and my 3 year old son went to pick up our online order and we got really good customer service from komal!

I went there on Sunday night around 9 pm. Both girls were very helpful and welcoming. I ordered one veggie pizza and it was outstanding. Best pizza I ever taste.

Very nyc and helping smiling faces, always fresh and so far i found them tastier then any other store

We live in the area and have come here many times over the last few years. Unfortunately we have now got sick 2 of the last times we've been here, with no other potential options to lead to the illness other than the last meal we had being from here. The hygiene practices of this place need a solid investigation as they seem to have decreased dramatically these past few months.

Honestly this is the best Fresh Slice I have been to. Since they are franchised owners can change a little bit of the recipe, other places say Richmond, I like to joke and call them thinslice as they seem to be shrinking and cheaping out on ingredients but this place has thick crust, good toppings, even a little section on a table with herbs you can add that I have never seen at other locations. Must be due to nice area but I recommend this place!

The food in this restaurant is very healthy. And Tasty pizza. Their management and behavior impressed me.good job!

Not the best place! Not recommended! The guy who works there has no customer service etiquette. BCAA members are to share the promo, but the guy said that he will not give me my free drink. Will never recommend this location ever! Even I talked to one of the staff, his reason was new team members are still being trained.

Very clean place and their pizza is best among all the fresh slices that I tried. Staff is very friendly. I really appreciate your team for serving delicious pizza in the city. Awesome job guys. Will visit u again for sure.

Says has a combo for one slice of pizza or a juice box (apple or orange) on their menu. I asked my 3 year old what type of juice he wanted. When I ordered they I fined me that they “have been out of juice boxes for months” so only have the expensive large juice bottles that are not a part of the combo. I felt forced to purchase the large juice drink as my son was excitedly anticipating the drink (I don’t usually buy him juice boxes so this was a treat). Surely they could have gone to Costco down the street for juice boxes! If they cannot source from their supplier for months either take the item off their menu, substitue a different menu item of theirs for the combo price, or temporarily source their juice boxes from another store.

The customer service is pathetic and extremely rude. It was Fri evening time, and the attendee does not know how to speak. He was absolutely rude and dismissive. He should learn how to speak politely and communicate effectively without sounding arrogant. I left out not buying anything and the one of the many reasons stopped visiting the pizza shop.

We are outside, in the sun. The servers were so FRIENDLY. PIZZA was SO GR8, that my wife sent me back for a second pizza! It washockingly GOOD!

Fresh Slice at Pacific Blvd.near yaletown roundhouse station, makes certainly the bes Pizza with fresh ingredients and freshly baked crust. Love the experience, Jashan made one of the best pizza i had so far. Thanks you for exceptional service!
