Very poor customer service, from all the way coming in ordered chesse pizza and after reaching the store to pick up they said they don’t have it right now and said store is closing I mean why would they accepting orders if they don’t have it very bad service never gonna go this location specially

My kids love fresh slice always

This is absolutely garbage. Double pepperoni and double ham and the toppings are literally non existent. It is extremely frustrating when just because I am using an extra discount code I get mediocre service and product. This merchant should request to exclude their their services from additional discounts from uber eats if they are going to punish their customers/quality of food for using them. After several second chances I will definitely not be ordering again. The quality should not differ from pick up to delivery based on dicounts, thats disgusting customer service. Shame on them.

Amazing customer service!: ’) we forgot dips on uber eats my bf called in hopes they could add them on, which obviously isn’t their issue if we ordered from uber but they threw them in no charge! So sweet thank you

Pizza is great crust is great they make pizza in front of you similar to subway and only takes 4 mins to cook the pizza in there new pizza ovens …Also the manager is also very nice

I would have given 0 stars if there was an option. Had the worst experience ever. Total trash food! Had tried other locations and they are still better but never ordering from this location ever again!

Freshslice? More like cardboard slice. Straight trash. Youd be better off eating a sheet of cardboard. Atleast it would have more flavour.

We ordered a gluten free pizza, was very dry and the crust was stale with a bland taste. On top of that we refilled Pepsi once, the owner came up to us in the dinning hall and started shouting. VERY UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE! NEVER GO THERE!

Asked for an extra cup the lady just looked my way and then turned away and ignored my question. I continued to stand there, she then responded eventually with, an extra paper cup will be $2.35. The customer service at this place is garbage.

I always love Fresh Slice. The cheese pizza is is favorite. They are the only place that makes the white sauce pizza taste delicious.

Our 4 year old son has food poisoning from eating here (the only thing he ate for lunch apart from his cereal.) it’s not the first time this has happened after eating here unfortunately. Here I am 2am cleaning up the remainders of his pizza off his bed and clothes. Never had this problem from other Fresh slice franchises it’s only been Willowbrook location that we have had food poisoning issues with. It will be a strong no to eat here from here forward.
