Freshslice Pizza

I order the pizza from uber from this place and they didn’t make it as per instructions and burn it. I wouldn’t recommend you to eat pizza from here.

I ordered 2 pizzas last night via uber eats. And i received only one pizza. When i asked uber driver he told me he asked the employee who gave the order and she had replied there are two pizzas in one box. I don't know thats how freshslice pizza packs the food. Then i called the one who answered told me she was the manager and That is their fault but there is nothing can do.i have to came another time to take the pizza. If i can get the food myself, i do not order via uber eats.then today i came and collected the pizza. And when i ask number to make a complaint they did not gave the number and said "now you got the pizza what is it to complain ". Well freshslice pizza is a reputated store but this kind of employees erase that big time. Thank you.

The customer service staff gives us is exceptional.the taste of pizza is very good i will definitely visit fresh slice pizza again.

I had ordered online for what I thought was a delivery, turns out I selected pickup. Prior to realizing this was not delivery, I ended up calling the store as it had been around an hour and a half. The gentleman who answered was less than helpful, was very rude and did not provide a reasonable resolution or response to my inquiry. I explained my husband and son were at home and no one could pick up the pizza. He got rather aggressive towards me after I asked if I could pay for someone to deliver the pizza. After I asked how to cancel the order, his response was go online. In my opinion this is less than exceptable customer service, this was our first and last time we will order from this location. After several hours of trying to figure out how to get my refund, I sent an online inquiry ave received my refund thankfully.

In reply to the generic reply from the owner, I received a text message last week saying someone would be in touch. That has never happened and frankly I don't care. My choice is to never purchase anything from this establishment.

I ordered a thin crust pizza.sukhman took my order.even though i was not in good mood but her smile made my day.she made me happy by making.aa vegie feast pizzaa tatstes really really good.best pizza in surrey.must tryy.employees are trained really well to deal with customers.

Visiting this place always awesome… specially when girl named Sukhman serves me … she really prepares pizza according to customer needs and choice.always greet in elegant way

They make the best pizza everrrrr and wings too.
I got butter chicken pizza from them and the girls that work there killed it. Better than any other location. The crust, the taste, the done-ness. Everything was on point

Best place for late night cravings for pizza… veggie feast is literally awesome…strongly recommended.

At 12AM they refused to make a veggie pizza there was only 3-4 cheese slice for a veggie person to eat and there was still one hour to close…
