Freshslice Pizza

Its 11: 20 on sunday jan 21 2024 and theres no pizzas out. None ready. The lady told me another 10 mins. Alot of us just went somewhere else to eat. They should honor their hours of operation.

Fresh Slice is a very friendly and delicious food option in the Surrey Central Food court. Simar is a very helpful and friendly associate that makes the experience all the better!

Very bad service. I visited today Closing staff was so rude.
I just want to order fresh pizza It was only 8.40. They are Closing 9.
They talked very rudely and said sorry we are closed.

Worst customer service
being a new comer to canada i thought of trying fresh slice but the short heighted manager over there was so rude to answer my question
she had five star on her name tag but customer service was zero star
please be good to answer to your customers

Worst customer service with uncooked base. The girls were so aggressive don’t want to listen and accept their mistake.

I dealt with chahat today and her Service was absolutely amazing I’ve never had dealt with a fresh slice employee who cares about my food so much she made sure I was satisfied with my order. Offered to top off my pizza with the hot sauce Parmesan. She is absolutely awesome I hope more fresh slice employees have the same personality or vibe as a person because she was very kind. Good job chahat you were the best service I was given at a fast food restaurant.

Worst service. Poor customer service. I went there day before yesterday. One of the employee here name is Neha not rember correctly. She is very rude, she dont know what is the meaning of customer service. She spoke to rude with us. Don't recommend to visit there.

They don't know how to talk to customers. I called them to inform them that let the customer know what it contains in pizza, better then showing the one in display. Then she said that sorry for that can come and get your refund. When i went for a refund she said that mind your language with my employees. I work in customer service too. I know how to talk with people who work because i came up from that position, too. And get good training for them. Don't miss judge the people who come to your store.

Very poor service given by two girls one is make pizza touching the dough withe her bengals she is contaminating the food I try to by whole pizza she said she can’t add more slices she said she will return me money back I this she lost the like forever I don’t recommend to all other customers don’t buy pizza from fresh slice very poor service

It was definitely a worm on the pepper in my pizza and they did not accept it and looking for my fault by adding something on it. No refund and even no apology from them.

Went there for a slice which was so delicious and full of flavour with great customer service by gurpreet. I recommend it to everyone! Go and get delicious slices at reasonable prices.

I literally loved the butter chicken slice prepared by gurpreet and served with great service. Surely going there to have more! Recommended

Store staff are very helpful and they treat everyone equally and one of employee is really nice who took my order I think her name is Gurpreet she is really nice and give me fresh pizza slices. I really recommend that place for eating:)

I don’t think freshslice charges for a box.but the staff here (nancy) is very rude and say they have a rule of charging for a box

One thing about pizza places I like is consistency. Fresh slice is already consistent. Chahat at Central City is always so great and friendly with my girls when we go. Thank you

The best veggie is totally fresh baked and now this place is in our weekend list all the staff is really good and warm welcoming really recommend to everyone
