I visit this place few days ago, their pizza was so good and fresh.staff was so polite and respectful.the girl (kanwal), she was very friendly and kind. Overall i got really good customer service and great food.see you soon guys

Really great pizza with a variety of different choices. Freshly made with good ingredients and sauces. Location is convenient and the service is excellent. Recommend this place to anyone visiting Port Moody.

Monday Apr 10 8: 10PM. I was finishing a phone call before walking in to buy some pizza. But then I saw the female worker touching her phone with with her bare hands constantly while working with the pizza dough. Disgusting.
Some teens were in the shop before me. One of them asked the worker if her cellphone could be charged using the power outlet in the back. When they needed to leave, the worker returned the teen’s cellphone and charger to her (worker was wearing gloves), then proceeded to put toppings on another pizza without changing the gloves…
So I went to Panago instead and had a delicious meal lol.

Ordered pizza day before for a lunch with the group. Arrived 10 min b4 pickup time, the pizzas were ready right on time. The group devoured them with only a few leftovers. Especially enjoyed the bbq chicken and bacon. Thank you for a great lunch.

The girl with the name that starts with a J and works weekday mornings/afternoons has a HORRIBLE attitude.so rude to costumers.

Almost 2 hours delivery delay and poor customer service experience! We got full refund, but I don't think we'll order again from Port Moody location.

Food delivery service is very good and the quality of the pizza's is really amazing, I visited many different pizza stores but I like to eat from this location only. Good food, Quality as well as good Staff members.

I love fresh slice. The pizza tasted very good and was delicious. Customer service was awesome.

Ordered for pickup and it was ready super fast and it tasted really good as well. Recently I went and got a few slices to eat for dinner on my way home and I found a small piece of hair near the end of my pizza. I just took it out but I was a bit grossed out by it. Overall I had pretty good experiences since I'm a local so I would recommend.

Ordered 2 of the To-Good-To-Go pizzas on the app.
Each is supposed to include 8 slices of pizza that wasn't sold.
The girls working decided to only put 6 slices in 1 pizza and 7 in the other and space them apart to "look full".

Very disappointed and unacceptable.
Either they couldn't fulfill the 2nd pizza or they purposely frauded the sale.

No hair nets were seen when I walked in th3 front door & I found hair in my pizza.
I will never eat their again.
I think health codes need to be followed & checked up on at this location

If there’s lower than 1 star, i would give this store that rating. Went in earlier with my friends, the person in the front, her name is i think Guri/Gureet, was very impatient with our questions. We weren’t very familiar with their menu so we asked a bunch of questions. Clearly she wasn’t having it. Maybe because we walked in and interrupted her lovely dinner. She was so rude. She needs to work on her customer service.

This is best Freshslice location we've experienced. We order frequently. Location is clean, well laid-out, staff are friendly, and delivery is very quick. They remember us whenever they deliver or we happen to pickup in store.

I love this pizza place. I went with my friends. We ordered two XL pizzas.one butter chicken and one half cheese half meat lovers. Both pizzas were very delicious. I like well done pizzas and they made the same crust as i told them to make. Crew members were very friendly. Clean place and calm environment. I recommend to every pizza lover to go there and try fresh slice pizza️

I buy two make your own medium pizzas about once a week or so. I get a cauliflower crust pizza for me and a regular cheese pizza for my roommate. We both love the garlic sauce option and pesto drizzle, and it's one of the few places you can get pure leaf green tea. It's not loaded with ingredients and there's no spinach option, but it's good enough for that pizza craving. The staff have always been great with us and no glitches so far in the online order and pick up system.

Best pizza in Port Moody Awesome crust with great tasting and fresh ingredients. I had the truffle-flavored pizza which really tasted like truffle, along with Parmesan and porcini mushrooms (they were very nice to accommodate a substitution to make it vegetarian). Could have been the best pizza of my life! My friends had the diavolo pizza with pepperoni, peppers and olives, which he also loved. The kids had awesome bunny-shaped kid-sized cheese pizzas. All of our plates were completely empty at the end of this great meal!

Fresh slice has unique recipe and taste, if i think about the pizza then i only prefer this pizza and so i like the staff of this location they are so nice and freindly. Thats make my pizza bite best. I love fresh slice

The Port Moody Freshslice is the worst one I've ever been to. The selections in the case are limited to Hawaiian and really soggy undercooked vegetable pizza. Extremely disappointing. This wouldn't have such a high rating if they didn't lump the rating for all of the franchise's together.

Thank you for the freshest pizza I have ever had. I came in around 12: 30 p.m. And ordered a veggie slice, he pulled it out of the oven and handed it to me! Very good cheese to sauce to toppings to crust ratio.

The other day we came to pick up our gluten free pizza, turned out it was the wrong location, but they went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. New owners are very nice and friendly. The place is quite big, has lot of sitting and is very clean. Definitely recommend this location and we'll be back for sure.

Pretty good pie for reasonable price. Although we prefer a thicker base crust this was ok. We did ask for extra sauce but didn't seem to get any. Parking can be a challenge

A good to pizza joint for us. A bit busier than normal, but that's good for local businesses. A good selection in the warmer and pretty quick service given the flow of people.

45 mins for cook and delivery of 4 pizza?
Had the same order 2 hours ago for another organization took 10 mins to cook, and 10 to deliver
