Fresh pizza for sure! Great taste and great staff in the morning and evening! Never late And pizza is always fresh.

If you want to eat bread with veggies, please go to this branch, else hold your horses. Pizza have poor quality and they really want to follow their ways to bake pizza, not according to your choice and preference. Very poor experience.

Overall vibe is good but the lady, Inder, was not wearing her gloves while making the pizza and its very unhygienic according to the Food Safety Board. While letting her know that please wear gloves, she gave us a weird look and then proceeded to tell someone else to make our pizza. It was a bit disappointing. We usually order our stuff online but this was our first time ordering in store and I’m displeased. There was meat in the cheese as well.

Went there at night was looking for something to eat and got the best service and food thanks to the staff

The chicken isn’t cooked properly. Tried butter chicken pizza and pesto pizza. It isn’t the quality we expect from Freshslice here. I wish they visit one of their stores at Joyce to compare with the quality.

Hands down, this is the best freshslice location. And the food and service is 5 star since the new management has taken over. Glad to have it open 24 hours for us.

I recently tried Fresh Slice Pizza Store for the first time and I must say, it was an absolute delight! The pizza was delicious and fresh, and the service was top-notch. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. They made sure my order was customized to my liking and were very patient with me.

The pizza itself was amazing! The crust was crispy and flavorful, the sauce was just the right amount of tangy and sweet, and the toppings were fresh and plentiful. I was impressed with the variety of options available, from classic toppings like pepperoni and mushroom to more unique options like goat cheese and arugula.

In addition to the pizza, I also ordered some garlic knots and they were just as tasty. They were soft, chewy, and packed with garlicky goodness.

Ordered pizza chicken wings and orange juice. Order took nearly 2 hours to arrive. Pizza cold. No chicken wings, no orange juice. Delivery person refunded $10 cash. Unacceptable.

Online says 11 pm actually closes at 10 pm, went at 9: 45 they said they aren’t making anymore slices. Fresh slice was a really popular place, has really gotten worse over the years

Horrible customer service! I will never go back. It is so poorly run and the girl behind the counter was clearly overworked and could not handle it all.

Used to work here, poor management.rude administrator.late pays.the owners mother aka (old lady) always gets in our way, tells us that we're wrong even though she's the one who's wrong.she couldnt speak english very well so everytime she ask's something and we wouldnt get it she'll get mad.always throw the problems at us (staffs) everytime; like not just because your son is the owner.the pizzas could sometimes be okay and sometimes they're actually bad.most of my co-workers have bad odour. I recommend not to work here, their pizza are okay but the way they make it is lack of care like they would not wash their hands before making it nor wear gloves. They wouldnt give you a proper training, then they'll get mad why you're not doing things right even though they never properly taught you how but then they'll say "its so simple".

It's really a worst location of Fresh Slice. Always takes more than hour and half to deliver, sometimes send pizza without cutting into the slices and today when I called them after hour and half to ask for the delivery, they said sorry we forgot about your order and gonna make it now. Then again when I called back after an another hour, they said sorry we are super busy, so we have canceled your order (without letting me know). Waited for 2 and a half hour for nothing. Better not to order here again.

Ordered 2 medium pizzas here for delivery at around 7PM. 1.5 hours passed and I call them to check what's happening. They say that it's ready but no one has actually gone out to deliver anything. I ask if it'll be delivered anytime soon and they tell me It will come and then hung up on me.

Ordered a extra large BBQ chicken- never been so disappointed with the outcome. It came in a pile of grease literally dripping as I picked up a slice, and the BBQ sauce was easily watered down…has no taste at all.
Extremely disappointed and will not be returning. $30 for a bowl of grease layered in brown water

The serve cold raw pizza. They have no interest in helping us out since they made raw dough. Their sauce taste like ketchup. Their gluten free pizza is Raw, paper thin garbage. The pizza’s look like a kid made them.
They need to learn to cook and not serve RAW Food

Great place and best part is just across the street there's a outdoor sitting space and I liked that a lot. And about the pizza's, they are pretty good.

They think other people are dumb that they are wearing mask. They dont even wear gloves while making the pizza. The girl who was on makeline was touching her face nose and making pizza at the same time. She didnt even tie her hair

Worst experience ever. Give us a paper thin burnt pizza and didn’t even try to fix our problem. The manager told us it’s the dough and gave us the worst customer service ever.

Worst experience ever, first they made burnt pizzas then refused to help in any way. So called manager Joban said give our pizzas back I'll refund you the money. I had to drive back to get my money back.
Their hygiene standard was so poor, no one was wearing any gloves, hair net and masks. I like fresh slice alot, but I will not recommend you this place.

One star for the typical low class non customer service from the girl with no manners at all talking at the same time the customer is speaking then she hangs up. Almost all Fresh Slice pizza joints have good pizza, but we will never know with that total lack of service. Hey if the owner doesn't care his staff is losing business for him, why should we care.

The pizza I ordered was superb. But in there you can buy pre made slices of different flavours than waiting for 30 minutes to preparer the order. By this you can have different flavours in a single siting

I was in around 11: 00am this morning May 20,2021 (thursday) I noticed that the women who was serving me wore a glove, he even wore a glove for when he rang in my payment, I paid cash. As she was putting the pizza in the box she didn't even bother changing the gloves she went on, touching the edge of the pizza while putting it in the box. When she finished and handed me in my pizza I told her next time when you handle the food and when you have the gloves on you must change them, she then went on that she did, which I corrected her that she didn't because I was watching her the whole time and she kept on arguing with me, I then told her that I will see to it that the Ministry of Health will come and inspect their establishment so that they will be taught how to handle food safe my bad that I still took my pizza which I could've decline to take. I am just appalled at this lady's behaviour, she should not work there if she argues with a customer that's obviously telling her to take off her gloves which she touched the money and everywhere else and then touching the food without changing her gloves.

I ordered a half n half XL pizza.

First off I love Fresh Slice pizza but this location was a tragically bad experience.

I called to order but they could not understand me because they didn’t speak well English. So They ended up hanging up on me. I had to call back twice.
When I got there, the Indian women made me wait an additional 15mins for my pizza.
When I got my pizza it was the wrong order! Oh my. She said it would take another 12mins for the pizza so I ended up taking what they made.
Last but not least I got the stomach flu! I order my pizza 3 days ago and I’ve had the stomach bug for 3 days now! It was the last thing I ate that day! I couldn’t even have dinner!
STAY AWAY!

Ordered a Classic 8 slice pizza & 2 additional feast slices, late evening only to find out the dough used for the pizza was so bad. The whole pizza plus both the slices had an odour, tasted so bad, had to dump the whole thing.
This location never disappoints but this was the first time I had a bad experience with them.

I will never come back to this location especially during night times.

This place is very well kempt. In that the eating area, and yes, even the bathroom is very clean and maintained. The staff are extremely friendly. The food is awesome and the prices are very reasonable. The atmosphere is very welcoming.

I came here thinking it would be same like other fresh slices but i was wrong there staff are rude and we could see them preparing pizza without any hygiene i mean no gloves no hair nets nothing casual. 0 out of 5

Location on Fraser street is like 10/10, I go there all the time and the customer service is unbelievable.

One of the poorest service locations I have encountered. Most have much faster and efficient staff but I think this place is loaded with relatives lol. At any rate - 3/4 cooked (probably oven temperatures turned down to save money). If there are any 5 star ratings they come from employees.

It was convenient, fair priced, and friendly staff. So pretty good for a quick slice or two of average quality pizza.

I grew up with a single dad that made Delissio three times a week. I spent at least $50 a month on Little Caesars through my four years of high school. One time, during a film production, I thought a prop pizza was part of the catering and tried to eat a piece.

This is still, without a doubt, the worst pizza I have ever had. The bland, unseasoned crust tastes the way old people smell. The sauce took me back to when Heinz did those coloured ketchups that didn't quite taste right. The only parts of the pizza that had any flavour at all were the spots they burnt.

I'm sick and wasn't able to do my grocery shopping or meal prep this week, so I ordered two extra large pizzas to get me through it instead. This will, without a doubt, be the worst week of my life.

Get your pizza anywhere else.

Not the best one I've been to. When they went to warm up my two pizzas. They overlapped them, so one of the pizzas had a colder spot then the rest.

It has fresh slices. Close to where I live. It's only an option late night. Would rather drive out to a preferred fresh slice somewhere else the provides more of the flavors I want, with ranch provided. Basic flavors are what's to expect at this stop. Made well though.

This Place is quite nice. STAFF are great. Pizza was good.this place is nothing like the Fresh slice on Commercial. Maybe Corporate FS should look into FS Commercial and train there staff to be like the Staff at Fraser Location

Pizza by the slice for $2.25 to $2.75 for the folks in a hurry. Not very substantial, but ok in a pinch.

I always had great experience here. But the old lady there who stands as a cashier is so rude and doesn't care for the customers. She was not bothered about the customers. I suggest better pizza shops in Fraser with better customer service.

I love fresh slice my favorite fresh slice is the one on steveston and number 5 behind the bmo. It not a busy one and maybe there warmer selection are small but there always ready to make a pizza if your willing to wait. Now that a fresh slice
