Freshslice Pizza

They miss 2 ranch. I order total of 4. I ordered through ubereats and don’t even get refund for the missing items.

The owner has the worst customer service skill. He was so rude and doesn’t treat you nice. I got 2 medium pizza and the pizza was bad.we were not allowed to drop the empty pizza box in the garbage. He asks you to take them to your house.

I ordered two pizza from them via Uber eats.it was a buy one get one free deal.i did not like the appearance of the pizzas.misshaped and uneven toppings. The way they have put Feta on the pizza is really bad. Also, the Feta is not properly shredded (big pieces are directly put on the pizza and not even cooked).

This is my go to pizza place, they happily customize pizza based on our request. Both staff and manager are really nice

My kid was crying and the lady was very prompt in making sure he is okay and offered a balloon. I really appreciate it and this little gesture went a long way. And the pizza was amazing! We will surely come back!

I live super close to this location and the owner treats me so well, I order a ridiculous custom flatbread everytime and he makes it exactly to my specifications. The service here is incredible. Hands down the best fresh slice location in the lower mainland!
-update, -2023 still going strong making amazing pizzas I just came back from a trip through BC and it still holds the spot for the best

Very clean dining area, friendly service with a smile and best tasting indidual pizza slices I’ve had at a Freshslice. It must be Freda’s hard to work that’s paying off. She moves around the restaurant with a positive attitude and intentionality.

Best fresh slice I’ve ever been too.
Underneath my apartment which makes it even better. 10/10 any day of the week.

The owner is the best he’s there everyday.

This is the pizza I received today through Uber eats. I asked for chilli flakes! Is this how they’re supposed to put them on the pizza? This much? Heaps of them? It’s not edible at all!

So I came in today not happy with my pizza with the price for 4. Felt like I was eating a day old pizza it was a waste of 10 bucks. Not very happy

Their pizza always taste like cardboard maybe they sitting in the hot case for long time they are pretty much dry not taste

My goto pizza for sure. Always quick to deliver yummy pizza and so accomodating to our needs. Love this place!

I love this location! Right at my building and the guy who owns it is great! I LOVE the cheese pizza wth pesto and he always has it ready for me. Everyone is so helpful and accommodating.

Try their butter chicken pizza 4 star for that.really awesome and great staff they are super friendly

Average pizza.it is nice that they always have a good selection and it is hot and fast. If you're looking for something authentic or extraordinary this is not the place to look. But it is good pizza just very basic

All I look for pizza these days is properly cooked pizzas, and freshslice has never once failed me. They always make it good. Doesnt take much like traditional pizzas, but still is good enough

Only pizza place that doesn’t have a ranch even for dine in. If you want ranch you have to buy it for extra. 80$. Was happy to find a freshslice near new work place but never going back there.

How hard is it to make a decent pizza that isn't dry? I don't understand how this place isn't out of business. Every time I eat here it feels like a chore.

Loved the staff although there seems to be some minor changes. It's always a decent experience and the food is well made.
