Fruiticana

Not good for fruits all fruits specifically apple looks good outside all frozen. Good for spices and Indian vegetables. Either employees are forced to work here or not getting paid enough. Nobody would dare to greet the customers. It would be better to have self serve stations, those machines could do the same work with blank faces like these so called employees do.

I asked the employee if she has a bag before my billing, she told me after billing that oh, we don't have a bag, i said how an I supposed to carry the stuff, she said THAT'S NOT MY PROBLEM that was very rude as if I didn't asked her before billing. Ridiculous employee.

Worse place to shop for so congested and staff is not pleasant to deal with. They are there to just collect a paycheque not to help anyone or provide customer service. Will rather shop anywhere else

This is south Asian groceries store with fresh fruits and vegetables here Along with fresh dairy products and indian cooking ingredients are available here.

One of the best fresh produce among all fruticanas but always a line up to checkout they should open more checkout counters all the time.

Cashiers are not respect for customers. Customer are not want they welcome at the store gate with the flowers.just need to good customer service not rudely. Need to be store owner follow up and also this is oldest fruiticana store in surrey

I got a few fruit for my lunches and some snacks I've grown to really like from their store. Seems alot of people like it as it was quite busy when we went at around 7pm

Not much physical distancing going on in this store, but they often have great prices! Also try not to be intimidated when people stare at you in this store. The parking lot is extremely dangerous because people here don't know how to drive so be careful (as a pedestrian, a driver, and a passenger - always stay alert)!

The aisles are very tight, the staff very rude and the groceries are piled in unruly clusters. Lots of wastage and nobody seems to care. Go in a pinch if you have to, otherwise there are lots of other branches that are better.

They have tons of vegetables variety. Always fresh almost everything of indian groceries. This store has more choices than other fruiticana stores. Always busy place…

I have got-the worst customer service here. I have visited Saturday night, the staff working there was completely frustrated with the customers.

Terrible customer service. Most of the things out of stock. If you ask for help, no-one does. No customer value.

Store is good but i had worst customer service. I went there today just 5 minutes ago and took 3 bags for my stuff since it was for different people. The cashier rudely told me that they charge for the bags. First of all, since when fruiticana started charging for bags? I asked to pay and she literally argued with on. 05 cent of bag. If you guys do charge for bags then it is your job to ask the customer that how many bags they want. She didn’t even ask me and gave me no bag. M i going to carry all the stuff in my hand? Ridiculous cashier and had no sense of talking. She needs some training and need to learn some manners as well

We went there today and we are really unhappy with their customer service. They don't really help customers instead cashier was busy on call. We asked for extra bags and after giving 2 bags she hides the bags loke we are thief. Never coming back here again

You can find all sorts of Indian groceries and items. But very crowded and congested. People block the isles with their shopping carts an baskets while shopping, right in the middle, instead of on the side. Also, cashiers should learn to smile. It feels like they are working at gun point.

The parking, crowd control and tight aisles offer much to be desired. They don't offer anything special but it's a real hassle to get in and out of here. This is our least liked location.

Great place for high quality produce that's easy on the wallet. Highly suggest dropping in here to get your fruits and vegetables as apposed to Superstore or others in the area. Better prices, higher quality products, and friendly staff. ️

No one to help you if you have any questions. People are lined up so close to each other n NO 2m distance at all.

I am shopping at fruticana for the last 20 years. Today I was shocked to see the rate difference compared to other competitors. Today I bought Haldiram moong Daal snack 150 gm for $2.49 at Fruticana. Usually I trust this store for all the prices for Indian groceries. Then I went to Super Store and I bought same packet for $1.38 only. Price difference was $ 1.11 cents. I was shocked.price difference of few cents would not bother me but $1.11 cent? Please be fair to people. Our community showed a huge trust to your company, please try to maintain it. Thanks

Just that people need to exercise social distancing more seriously

A great grocery store especially if you wanna go for Indian style kitchen necessities. It is crowded all the time and the social distancing is not possible while shopping so be mindful of that. Variety is great and prices are on the lower side.

The place is too small in comparison to customers shopping in the store.probably they should look at maintaining the order and direction of movement of customers in their store.it seems everyone is driving their truck inside with no lane rules.

Worst customer service experience.there is one cashier wears specs and small bangs on her forehead.she does nt how to greet to the customers.and never ever bother to pack ur stuff.it happens with me every time.finally I decided to not to visit this location rather visit other fruiticana. They should hire a new staff or trained the existing one. I hope that girl read this review about her

Apparently this is fruiticana's first and oldest location, if we talk about the cleanliness it is beyond pathetic. Yes, every Indian product is available no doubt in that, staff is helpful. But remind me of my Punjabi sabzi mandi (Vegetable market), where we are buying eatbles on the same floor where cows and insects are there. Long story short, they should work on the cleanliness now take in consideration the 168 and 64 location it is so nice and clean you actually feel like buying more and more.

Bought 10 pomegranates 2$ each all off them was rothen and spoiled they refused to take it back will never going to shop there again

Oh my God man train your staff to be faster than they are i spent 25 minutes in line for 2 items. Staff needs to be able to multi task and talk and move the line along both at the same time! I know it gets gets busy but so does Safeway you never see this kind of a gong show over there! Should have just gone to Safeway urgh
