Fruiticana

Fruiticana is a mixed bag. The veggies are lower priced than any other store, but one has to pick them out and check for bruising. I like to shop there since we eat fresh and do not store our veggies for more than 2-3 days. Indian products and spices are easily available - boon for the Indian diaspora.

Went in and they told me it was closed. A man then went in and asked if he could buy a few things and they let him in.

The worst customer service, Workers are so arrogant, I purchased desi ghee from here and I went to return, and worker who wears the turban stated the sniffing it and call other two workers as well and they also sniffed it by putting their nose close to it, and then they said call it’s producer to get refund, I asked I will not call to them you need to fix it, then I was sitting there and they called someone maybe owner or manager, who gave me threat of calling 911, and then they took my email I’d name and mobile number so that they will call me next day, but I did not get any call or email. I was regular customer, but now me, my friends and my batch mates also don’t go there after hearing this. The worst customer service, and I felt bullied and harassed by the workers at the store.

The girl working in the night firstly didn't allow us to get in the store at 8: 50. And when I told her that is it allowed to stop customers before 9 so she started arguing and started blaming that I am being rude. I mean if the store closes at 8: 50 then why is the timing till 9.

I have to stop coming here since the cashiers don’t know how to handle fruits & veggies
They throw them on the counter aggressively while checkout
Last time I cancelled bananas as she threw onions on them
Most of fruits get damaged when they hit the counter that way
Only fast service isn’t always what customers look for
Please teach them some manners and how to treat customers with a smile

Worst customer service.everything is cheap quality better to try other stores.

The produce was not as fresh. It was very busy with a backed up checkout. Maybe I happened to visit on a bad day - only paid a single visit here since this is not my regular grocery store.
